Tobacco Hut is a complete and utter scam and waste of money! For starters these people don't even understand English. Second, I purchased a rechargeable vape on August 16th and paid a WHOPPING $27,00 dollars for it. I went back to the vape shop today and requested a new one because that was had a burnt taste to it. The owner/manger said they wouldn't give me a new one, but insisted I buy another one for $20.00 dollars. I told them I will not buy a new one, and they should replay the damaged one I literally got 2 days ago. So whoever is reading this, please don't waste your money here! They don't give discounts and they don't replace defective products. My advise is for you to go to (Ashburn Cigars & Vapes) they are extremely nice and will offer discounts and replace defective vapes. read more

Sold a faulty $60 item and they won't even consider a refund, used to go here all the time but no more. Complete scam

Buyer beware they don't stand behind there products. I've bought a few 40 dollar batteries there and multiple replacement cartridges. I've bought bottles of nic salt and a ooze battery. Wednesday I went in to get a cartridge for my zero and they were out. She told me about the disposables and they had 300 hits in them so I bought 4. 1 of them lasted a day and a half but the other one lasted 3 hours max maybe 10 to 20 hits. When I went in tonight she laughed and said that's the way it is sometimes. I was steaming. And they won't get any more of my money. I don't mind spending it but you should stand behind your product not say haha haha that's the way it goes. Away goes your customer. read more

I bought a bottle of Kratom Kaps here, and the capsules were full of white powder. I went to return the bottle and the clerk had no idea what I was talking about or even what Kratom is. Refused the return. This place sells uncontrolled poison, buyer beware. read more

Reading bad reviews for a place you love is awful & I'm sad to see that there are a couple of bad reviews for this shop. Every time I've been to this location I've been greeted in a friendly manner, offered advice on shisha & occasionally cigars for my boyfriend & they've always been spot on with what I like. I'm not too learned on cigars but I can say that they have a massive selection in the humidor. The shisha collection is great, too, as well as the e-cig & vape collections. They also have hookahs for sale. The most recent time I came here by far spoke the most about it. I have to admit that, yes, I was the annoying customer that called a shop & asked them to stay open an extra few minutes...... sigh. My friend called me at 8:55 (!!) & asked me to pick up shisha & coals before I came over. Siri directed my call to the shop & the owner picked up & agreed to wait on me for a few minutes. I ran up to the store & he helped me get my favorite shisha & recommended new coals for me to try, rang me up, & I was on my way in less than 5 minutes... So nice! read more

The store proprietor is awesome! When purchasing from the extensive collection of fine cigars, I absent-mindedly left my credit card on the counter. I then looked for it for two days. I returned to the store and asked if anyone had turned in my card. The proprietor had found it and kept it safe pending my return. This degree of honesty and integrity is all too rare any more. Poor service bought an item took it back exchanged still did not work so took it back accused me of breaking the item would not replace asked to get other stuff as I spent over 80$ he refused and said it was against his policy couldn't even see the policy refused to give something to the value refused to give me my money back feel very cheated by this place read more

I have been coming to this cigar shop since I moved to Ashburn about 5 years ago and have more or less made it my go to shop. It's right here in the neighborhood and the folks on staff and the owner are all good people. They have nice sized humidor that they keep pretty well stocked with a selection that is about as good as any that I have seen, certainly in the area. I would recommend stopping in and checking them out if you are in the mood for a cigar. read more

I must say that I am completely floored with what happened to me today with that owner. If things are going well, they're friendly, but if you have an issue, then their true self comes out. On Monday I bought a cigar from them and I started to smoke it that evening. I knew something was wrong right away because the wrapper leaf started unraveling the moment i cut it. Once i lit it and began to puff the cigar got worse, so i put it out so that I could take it back to the store the next day. I took it back with the receipt and showed the owner the cigar. He claimed that i was smoking in the cold air. What a ridiculous statement! I told him it was unraveling the moment i cut the cigar. He then glared at me, took my receipt, gave me my money back, then proceeded to tell me to never come back in his store again! I told him i never will ever and he could have his raveling cigar back. He picked up the cigar and then threw it at me while i was walking out the door. Is this customer service? Are you saying this is a quality store? I will do everything i can to spread the word out to everyone to never buy cigars from this man again. 10 years ago this story would've had a different ending. I stopped by this store on Sunday and was really disappointed. They have a decent selection but the customer service was really bad. The single employee was on his cell when I got there so I went in the humidor. He stuck his head in a minute later, still on the phone, to ask me if I needed any help. I said no so he left. After I made my selection I went to the register and waited for the employee to come to the register. Once he got there, while still on the phone, he asked me how much it was. I didn't note the exact price so I told him between $7 and $8. He asked me to go back into the humidor and get the exact price for him. I didn't realize the customer does price checks for the employees now. I'm sorry I interrupted his phone call with my business. read more

Horrible. First visited a year and a half ago. Decent selection but the owner had the worst customer service. So turned off by the service I decided to not support the business anymore. Year and a half later I wanted to give the shop one more chance. Walked in a nice Saturday and no one there except the owner. Once I walked in, the owner was sleeping on one of the chairs. Walked loudly to try to wake the owner. Didn't wake up until 3-5 minutes later when I was browsing the selection. Picked up a $30 Montecristo. Owner still was not friendly and didn't even know the price of the cigar I selected, and asked me how much it was. Got home and smoked the cigar. Once I picked it up and started lighting it, the entire wrapper started to crack. The cigar was bone dry, I should of inspected it in the shop but it was still in the cellophane so I didn't bother to check. Horrible customer service plus cigars not properly stored means I will never shop here again. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of alternatives great cigar shops in the area. read more
