The sales clerks have never been rude. Some will ask if you need help or even suggest items to buy. Others will just greet you and let you be. Never has anyone been overbearing. Once I brought our grandsons into the shop with me. This was when they started sell men's products. I told them to pick out a body wash for themselves and took them over to the correct area. Meanwhile, I went to pick out some items for myself. Then I noticed grandsons dithering over what they wanted and a sales clerk went there to help them decide. They've grown to like the men's products and now want to go with me so I can get them something. My husband now likes their men's soaps which I will buy for him when they are on sale. One thing that can be frustrating---sometimes, they will add a new scent but only sell the body wash or only the lotion. When I want travel size items, sometimes they have a poor selection. I've learned to buy these items when they have a good selection, even though I may not need anything at the time. This past summer, they were giving out samples of laundry detergent. I got a sample of "Sunwashed Santal". The name was meant to evoke images of the desert Southwest. I used that sample when we got home and we both liked how the clean laundry smelled. This scent has "Italian Bergamot, White Violet and Amber wood" in it. It is concentrated and I was skeptical as to if that small amount would be effective and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. They were supposed to start selling it in stores at the end of August. As of this date, it has yet to appear in stores. I ended up ordering some online. They send coupons in the mail which, I guess is a good thing. However, it tends to have me going in the store more often.

It seemed as if we were buying those things for free. True those products are at wholesale prices but there the difference isn't poles apart. Maybe a few dollars. Atleast you get a lot more variety and most importantly good bedside manners when you go to another makeup store like Sephora/ulta/Mac. Today I called them to check if they had a certain bbcream shade. she said they didn't have it. I asked her if she could tell me how much it costed. said she couldn't tell me. She claimed I have to come down to her store just to find out the price. What in the world!? Are these people for real? I just hung up. They can keep those low prices which I tell you aren't even ridiculously low. Never again!

Nesrein knew exactly what she was doing, gave me tips on how to properly apply certain products, and she was so funny! I'm so happy I decided to get my makeup professionally done, I wouldn't have been able to achieve the beautiful eye makeup she did for me, I'll definitely be going back again!!

Parts of my hair honestly felt burned from excessive heat, and I even experienced breakage afterward. The bun itself looked sloppy and not suited to my hair length at all. The final result looked awful and was nowhere near worth what I was charged. For someone at this level, I don't understand how this was acceptable. My hair was left damaged and overprocessed. She was also dismissive and not understanding when I raised concerns.I won't be coming back. If you're okay risking damage to your hair, this is the stylist for you.

There is a line for the main register with no employee in sight. People simply could walk out with merchandise and no one would even know. Horrible service and organization.
