They both were defective. I assume they knew but kept selling because people wouldn't use it until they're home or even later. I bought 2 things of vape juice. I said I wanted no nicotine. They sold me one with 3mg of nicotine. It was hard to tell because they sell products from sketchy places, so the labels are very hard to read. It took some time, but I eventually figured out the nicotine and then I noticed the expiration dates. These items were 8 months expired. For something that goes into your lungs, expiration dates matter more than regular items. This is why they regulate vape shops and vape juice. They clearly buy from an unregulated source that makes bad and unsafe products. You would ask me, why would you go back? Well today I wanted some Hempire cones (I prefer them to Raws) and they were out. I noticed that most of what they had was king size. I specifically said I didn't want a king size cone. They're just too big for me. I bought two packages because she read the package and I believed she could read. I think she could read. I also think she had been instructed to sell products to customers who wouldn't recognize until they got home that they were the right product. Why? Because it's happened more than once to me. The vape juice, the cones. These are just the ones I can think of at the moment. But it happens almost every time I go there and they are the worst store you could shop at. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR PRODUCTS. Attached picture is the king sized cones I didn't want.

When I returned, a different manager told me the veteran discount only applies to medical patients and also would also not apply to any promotions. The inconsistency was frustrating, and the brusque interaction with the manager was curt abrupt and unhelpful. Restricting veteran discounts to only medical patients makes absolutely no practical sense and makes the discount seem performative. Former service members know that being a veteran is being part of a brotherhood. Recognition and appreciation for our military service should not depend on whether we hold a medical card or not. For comparison, the nearby competitor dispensary (Rise) honors veterans across the board, applies their 22% discount on top of promotions, and their staff is consistently helpful and friendly. Verilife needs a more thoughtful approach to how they treat veteran customers.
