They don't look as good as when I bought them... THEY LOOK BETTER. Worried it's pretentious? I've found it to be the friendliest, realest, most helpful, most easygoing brick-and-mortar shopping experience I've had in the Bay Area. I usually come in on my way home from the gym, wearing ratty athleisure, from brands they don't carry, and I've never caught an ounce of vibe. Most of the staff have been here for years; that says something too. Old-world ethos, old-school service. We're lucky that businesses like this one -- and the craftspeople whose goods they stock -- still exist. Wishing this fine enterprise many more years.
