I get back in town on Monday, 12/29 , and go to the photo department 12/30. They have no idea what I'm talking about, cannot find my order, and even goes as far to tell me they "do not sell that item, I believe" and when I pull the item off of THEIR photo display in store, the worker is speechless. I told the gentleman I'd just reorder and/or call tomorrow to figure out what's going on. Today, 12/31, I placed an order for a different item altogether. Figured maybe that will avoid the stock issue. Order is in. Ready for pickup after 12:55. I get a call at 1:45 from this dogshit photo department telling me they do not have this item in stock, either. I flashed on this idiot and told her to cancel my order and I will never do my business here again. Lazy fucking assholes!!!! Nobody wants to do their damned jobs. I was very excited to give this as a gift, and you incompetent fucks ruined Christmas.

Just moved to area from San Jose. Very cool smoke shop. Found the e-Liquid I was looking around in the area but couldn't find nowhere else until I found this place. The people running the shop are very nice. I was excited to find out the types of vape products they carry and all the extra pieces. The guy was very nice and hooked me up with some nice e liquid flavors that I wanted to try but was skeptical about. After trying his recommended flavors I was impressed. The owner of this place is over the top rude. She is nasty for no reason. She has a very privileged attitude as well as her sidekick daughter who walks around with no mask during a pandemic. They think they own the city and act entitled in front of whoever. I will never spend another penny on even a soda in that poison pushing ass business. The only decent acting person is the son. He should let mom and sister know they need to close their rude mouths before their reputation and these reviews get worse. read more

I tried a cigar my friend gave me but wasn't able to find it in this area at any stores. I came to this shop they didn't have it either but the owner told me he can order them specially for me. A week later he gave me a call to let me know he got them in. I was so please to have the cigar because I was craving it for so long. This is the best smoke shop around the area. They have a great selection of cigars, well organized and temperature regulated. AAA+++ just for that. read more

Me and my bro moved to area recently and shopped around at different smoke shops looking for vape juice and attachments. We hit the jackpot when we found this place. Very good customer service. The guy gave us a nice deal for 2 piece vape pen set and e Liquid. They got nice selection of different types of e juice. I recently moved here from Southern California. Came to this lovely shop to get some cigs. They didn't carry my brand but I requested them that I'll buy it regularly since I permanently moved here. In three days they had my cigarette brand. I was so happy I didn't have to travel far to get my cigarettes. These people are really cool. They have a growing selection of alcohol which includes some premium, hard-to-find and limited edition bourbons and tequilas. The best part is.. they don't price gouge.
