i love this place! The shop owners , a tall gentleman and a woman, are very respectful and polite .. i rate the service 10/10. i also love browsing their collection of Spiritual tools , snacks and things to drink,And all of their smoking products. Sometimes they have sales and i can buy a good size bags of chips for a dollar , which you cant buy a bag of chips like that any where else any more! This place has gone from sad to Awesome! Prices reflect the current prices available at similar stores. The owner is very nice and very helpful. Many of the reviews here seem to be left by the previous managers and his friends who have tried over and over to see this place fail. Since this lady took control of the store, the product selection and stock has improved so much. Everything is clean, even the floors and the lighting is really good. Before it was dumpy now it is a class act. There are plenty of cameras to watch everything so its a lot safer than years ago and no more men smelling like alcohol working behind the counter. They can do special orders and are very helpful with returns. They sell lottery and all kinds of cigs and vapes. They even have a website now! Love this place. Stopped by Cigarette City after seeing that the Powerball was starting to rise, so I thought why not and just give it a shot to grab some tickets while I was in the area. I walked inside and it's just a tiny shop. It's your a-typical, family owned smoked shop with some snacks and accessories, drinks and most importantly lottery. The owner- the man, was a very nice elder, gentleman who smiled when I entered and asked me what I needed. He was quick and got me my powerball tickets and on my way out, he thanked me for the business and he wished me the best of luck. I said, hey if I win, you win too so thanks. Its good to know that even though the world is such a rough place, there's still good people out there. I can't speak for the rest of the shop itself, but from what I saw, it's very clean and well stocked. You can get in and out pretty quick and there's always parking in the plaza. I was only here to pick up some lottery tickets and scratchers, so it worked out pretty well for myself. read more

City of Ember is a family owned well established smoke shop in the San Francisco East Bay. The store is repeatedly very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on the wide selection of products they offer. The prices at cigarette city are also very competitive and are one of the most affordable in the area. The owner of this place is rude, inconsiderate and changes the price up every month or so. When I used my debit card she didn't give me a receipt when I asked for it which leads me to believe I was overcharged on top of being overcharged. I'm NEVER going back. read more

I bought a vapor pipe for $63.00 and after two weeks of trying to get it to work right I decided to take it back to exchange it and the lady said I should have brought it back the next day. Well it never worked right and I tried for 2 weeks to get it to work, no success. I believe these people have to do better with customer service and stand behind their products. Terrible company. Do not go there. They sold me a defective, used product and refused to refund my money. First they told me I had to return it within 30 days of purchase. When I told them I had the product less than 30 days, plus have the receipt, they said I had to return it within 24 hours of purchase. The product they sold me was used, did not have all the pieces and was defective. read more
