They have lots of parking, they're conveniently located, and they have wheelchair ramps so they are super accessible. I brought my Mom in to activate her new phone. They were more than happy to help even though it ended up being a little complicated because her old phone was very old and had an old outdated SIM card. I regret not asking the associate his name, but whoever stayed past closing time on 8/22/25 to help my mom- you are a real one!!! She was up and running within about 20 minutes despite the SIM card issue. He got her all squared away and took very good care of her. I highly recommend this spot for your Verizon needs.

Start from greetings, as I approached to front service counter, "Welcome". The conversations throughout the whole time was pleasant with laughters and smiles. Every time I interrupted, the reply would you, "you are fine. Please ask." Swapping phones, creating new account, along with discount plan with auto pay and business discount were suggestion and I ended up with lower prices for all existing phone and watches. When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.
