It definitely felt clean and modern in the store, and they have a bunch of products I haven't even seen in Astoria, like charcoal warmers, different extensions and styles, and good prices on the hookah's themselves, if I ever need a new one. They have the standard Al Fakher brand, and seemingly all the flavors, even ones you don't usually find at smaller or more isolated hookah/smoke shops like pina collada. The prices for Al Fakher were pretty standard. The larger size I can get a better price in Astoria. They also have other, lesser known flavor brands, but not off-brand, cheap kind of brands that I wouldn't want to try. These seem almost artisan and the one I bought seemed either based in or made in Paterson NJ (think local IPA!) and in some cases they're even cheaper than Al Fakher so I figured worth the try. The employees seemed helpful and friendly, they greeted me when I walked in and were around for any honest opinions and questions. They do also sell charcoal in large quantities, so I picked up a bag. The synopsis is that this place is pretty large, has a very large selection, and on-par to good prices. Will definitely be back

We came in on a random Wednesday in need of a hookah and we were so glad we found this store. The owner is super knowledgeable and truly cares about what you are looking to purchase and his products. Based on his recommendation, we made our purchase and he even explained to us how to set it up! It's almost felt like the hookah was an extension of who we are so finding the right one is super key! We opted for a cute purple and gold one and boy have we put that poor hookah into use!! lol What made our shopping experience even better, was how the store was setup. There was no need to go back and forth to find things because everything the store had to offer was so nicely organized. And literally this place has it all. A great variety of flavors from different brands to hoses to disposable hookah pens and even pre-cut aluminum with the holes already set up for you! Glad I stopped in. They made so many renovations since I last visited. They now have a walk in humidor so new TVS. They remodeled the whole interior looks amazing the service is impressive the staff so knowledgeable and accommodating. They even remodeled the exterior rear area adding a new huge outdoor TV and tons of seating area. The prices for NYC are reasonable and they provide much value for your money.
