They said that if I did not have the repair done by them they would charge me $59 but if I had the repair done they would then wave that fee. They came out and looked at the problem and told my wife we needed two new ballasts which I already knew. The technician then went out to his truck for 15 minutes and came back with a quote of $400 for parts and labor to replace the ballasts which I later found out to be quite high in itself. But they also charged us a $195 diagnostic fee for the 10 minutes it took them to diagnose what I already knew. I would stay as far away as possible from this company.
