He fixed the problem, patiently waited with me to make sure the problem was fully fixed, and even showed me where to go on Ameren to get discounts on certain things should I need them in the future. Very friendly and professional and got the problem fixed for a very good cost! My issue was in trying to book him. I had done some research and found the problem I was experiencing was likely due to my thermostat. So I messaged them asking if if they were able to fix thermostats and left them my number to text me. I got a text saying that it would need to be replaced, not fixed. I said that was fine and proceeded to ask them to come out. I told them I was available everyday after 3:15 as I am a teacher and can't leave class early to get home and let them in. They said They were open from 2:00 to 5:00 and couldn't promise they wouldn't come at 2:00. This baffled me. I told them I couldn't come home early. Wouldn't you just send your worker to take a long lunch or run errands for the company if you had to wait like that? Seemed very odd and made it feel like whoever was in charge of booking appointments didn't care about my schedule.

I was cool about it and excepted the second appointment, that was probably my biggest mistake she claim the technician had to come at 7:30 AM because I would be the first appointment of the day on that morning when the technician couldn't find his way to my house they sent him to another appointment and screwed me over completely!! Do business with this company at your own risk as they are completely disorganized and very unprofessional!!

Today, with heat indexes over 100° the air conditioning started to fail. By midnight it was gone, and the temperature in the house was quickly rising. I have MS and the heat for me is devastating. Bob Morris, after hearing about the problem, came right out to check on it in the middle of the night. It turned out our compressor had gone bad. Rather then leave me suffering overnight, Bob went back to the shop, a good half hour drive away, and got a portable air conditioner we could use. He made arrangements to return first thing in the morning with the new unit so I wouldn't be sick. All this for warranty service with no profit. We were in a bind and had a tight time frame in order to get this oven up and running. We had just moved into this house not too long ago so we haven't done any improvements to the breaker box or had to even change any breakers. I just wanted to be done with it and hire an electrician to come in and take care of it for me. I called a few different places but wasn't getting anywhere. When Sean (the owner) answered the phone at pro circuit Electric, that phone call was different! Sean was really polite, heard me out and told me he would talk to his manager Nick to see about getting out here today to get it fixed for me. I tell you what they did not let me down, about 30 minutes later Nick gave me a call and said that he was about 30 minutes away & that he could swing by and take a look at it. I appreciated so much that Nick pushed his next appointment out just a little bit so that he could swing by and switch out my breaker. He had great customer service and was a great conversationalist. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was good to go before he even left. He even answered a question for me after he had left via text. You can also see in the video that he even waved as he was leaving, I felt like I was in a real life commercial. To be honest with you, this is my first time ever having to call an electrician!
