Call them! Hoping to see them open up a brick & mortar or a mobile food truck someday -- that'd be so rad. They have brisket, brisket burnt ends, short plate (brontosaurus) ribs, and chuck short ribs. I've also had the pleasure of enjoying their seasoned baked beans (amazing) and their stuffed jalapenos.... huge jalapenos stuffed with cheese, cream cheese, fatty brisket, and wrapped in bacon.
