Large servings and good fast food. I'm not oblivious to the unusually high rating of TDH - that's why we chose it - but our Piggly Wiggly Po'Boy ($14) and Walleye Fish Fry Basket ($16) both disappointed. And, they don't serve drinks. The Barge Inn (next door) will sell you one, but it's from the bartender's tap - it's a real bar and that's it. Just being honest, Toby's was a miss, and Munising has better options. read more

Went here one day, they had some amazing tacos, but we got the last order and and I felt we kind of got ripped for $30 for 4 tiny tacos. They tasted delicious but I have been here before and they have done better. So a little disappointed. It was hot asf outside and the girl running the counter was bitterly sitting in her car when we walked up to cool down in her air conditioning. Think the owners need to take better care of their staff. This place was fun! A local spot with a twist on sandwiches and hot dogs. I'm pretty sure there was only outdoor seating where you order the food but you can also slide over to the bar next door and eat inside or outside over there! We grabbed a beer while we waited. Staff at both locations were welcoming and friendly!! I got the Surf and Turf po boy and my man's got the fish po boy with shrimp and whitefish. The shrimp was seasoned perfectly, the sandwiches were hot, and the yum yum sauce was really good. After our first day of hiking and getting to know the Munising area, this was a really great first stop and I left full and satisfied :) one of the only places around that was open after 8pm too!! I felt bad getting there around 7:45 but felt less bad as other locals trickled in before closing time. Definitely will return here if I come back to the Munising area. This was recommended by a local. If someone recommends this to you, do not go. We waited a long time for something way worse than bar food. It's local we wanted to try it. The wait was long but they were understaffed. Not their fault it's understaffed but it is their fault the food is straight out of a tv show cafeteria. The cheese tasted like that weird side of cheese you get from hot dog stands. Same crusty cheese was on the burger and Philly cheese steak. Philly cheese steak cheese is not orange cheese.
