My water with ice (and same with the other glasses including ice) all contained black stuff. Simply clean your ice machine. (I forgot exactly what the black stuff is but I know you don't want it. It's a sign your ice machine is dirty.) The space is small and attracts a lot of customers. So it's loud and you can't always hear others. (Not the business's fault. Just something to keep in mind for customers incase you don't like loud noises.) The service is good! They clean and take your orders quickly. No complaints there. The scenery is also great! No complaints there either! The seats are all hard. None of them are cushioned. (Incase you don't like hard seats.) WiFi is provided! Now for the food, The displays are amazing! The food comes out and looks very nice. Well done! I ordered the Blueberry Pancakes and it came out with a smiley face. (Whipped cream was included) The pancakes tasted delicious!! They were crispy on the outside while soft and fluffy on the inside! They weren't extremely sweet, which is great!! I love being able to eat pancakes and not having to stop eating them because it's too much sugar. For pricing, it is a little bit expensive. For example, a cup of coffee is $4.50. HOWEVER! As someone who used to work in a small business that was a coffee shop, this is very understandable. Coffee beans have gotten expensive recently. Many other restaurants have measly portions but our plates (and bellies) were full. Staff and patrons were friendly and answered all of our questions about the American Legion and the Munising area.
