Amazing food every single time--I've genuinely never had anything I didn't love. The service is always fantastic, and the whole place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The grass-fed beef Mazeman and the pork belly banh mi are our absolute favorites. We love this spot so much that we chose it for our very last meal before moving away. That's how good it is! Thanks, TOCHI RAMEN!

Such a gem! Our first time here- very limited seated, but you can watch the chef's prepare your food. the deviled eggs and cucumbers... chef's kiss. We loved our entrees! Will be returning!

I found this little gem online and then a local business associate told me excellent things about Tochi Ramen, so I had to try it. It is in Downtown Sheboygan and you can easily drive past it if you are not careful. There was a small wait for three of us on a Tuesday evening. They got us in, seated, gave us menus, and took our drink order. This place is a small dive with limited seating, but I never felt cramped. Our table first started with the Pork Steam Buns. Amazing! The pork belly and sauce with a perfectly cooked steamed bun was delicious! Two of us had the Tonkatsu. The broth was rich and hearty. The whole thing worked wonderfully together. It was so much food that I took it for the best lunch the next day! Our server was very nice, explained what things were, and checked on us. The overall ambiance, meal, and price were a nice value. Certainly will be a place I revisit when I come back through Sheboygan.

Tried tochi while I was home after hearing good reviews and wasn't impressed. For the brat bao - good idea but didn't enjoy. Also thought it was overpriced. I got the braised beef udon and it was yummy! Good portion sizes and beef was extremely tender! My mom got the tochi ramen and thought it was decent - nothing special. Felt rushed to get in and out by staff - there's limited seating so if you really want to try this out, make a reservation.

Unfortunately, we did not get the dine in experience but did grab several dishes off the menu. We were disappointed in how it was packaged. Typically Asian soups are packaged separately from the noodles to avoid the starch soaking up the juices and the noodles from just falling apart. So that was unfortunate, even though we were 10 mins away, the food did not hold up well during that drive. Appetizers were unimpressive. Flavors were bland and generic. Deviled eggs were not worth the price, unfortunately we were hoping for some special flavors and that's why we tried it, but were disappointed. We got the buns and the pork belly was tender and fall apart so we give them that, but just some hoisin sauce and cucumber accompanied it. Again, for the price and location, would expect cheaper vs better flavors to warrant the request. Cucumber salad was not good at all. We had 2 palates try it and not impressed, not refreshing. Onto ramen, beyond the to go packaging issues, the noodles had soaked up most of the soup, condiments were minimal except deviled egg and green onions. Protein was plenty and fall apart good but soup itself was disappointing. Ambiance was dim and tight. Mostly smaller seating areas and bar seating. We will not be back but hope it was just the to-go experience that dampened the flavors. Happy eating!

The food was delicious and came out relatively quickly. Our was very kind and made sure check in and make sure we had everything we needed. It was slightly warm when we were there but otherwise the place very well decorated and had a lovely vibe!!! I would totally recommend to a friend.

Worthy of a michelin star. Each one of their dishes are original, creative, and a work of art. The toppings in every bowl are perfect by themselves yet work together in even greater harmony. Unfortunately, you won't be able to recreate them anywhere else, as they're found almost exclusively at Tochi. Service is always impeccable, and the ambiance is made to make you feel like a regular. Tochi is objectively a top restaurant in Sheboygan, WI, and would undoubtedly hold its own against other great restaurants around the U.S.

Tochi is a modern Japanese-style restaurant. I suppose it could be called fusion since the entrees have a "spin" on the style and flavor. I had the grass-fed beef mazeman and my wife had the Donburi. We also tried the pork steamed bun. Everything was great and full of unique flavor. The Mazeman (ramen) had a generous amount of meat and spice. I really enjoyed the egg on top. The flavor combination was perfect. I ordered takeout. So, I can't comment on the dining experience. But, takeout was pretty flawless. The interior of the restaurant looked inviting and it had a "punk rock / anime" vibe. They even have funky/ironic t-shirts for sale. Overall: I would definitely recommend Tochi. If I lived in this area, I imagine it would be on my list of go-to restaurants. Reminds me of Kaizen in my hometown of Knoxville, TN. Modern, edgy, and good.

They serve ramen, udon, rice dishes and appetizers. The sake and the pork belly dumplings didn't impress but everything was very good!

Great ramen style noodles in many varied combinations. They are only open 4-9pm nightly. Get there early as it gets crowded very quickly.
