For appetizers, we ordered a Fresh Speing Roll, Crab Rangoon (made with imitation crab, as stated on their menu), and a special Crispy Roll, which I would describe as Nam Khao in roll form, still served with Romaine lettuce wraps. All were very good, and we would order them again. The spring roll had a ham stick in it, which was different than any other spring roll I've had. For entrees, we ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and the Pho with Oxtail, which was also a Sunday special. The Pad Thai was slightly sweet, and they used pho noodles for it. The Pho broth was among the most rich and flavorful I've ever had, and the oxtails were among the most tender and delicious I've ever had! The pho also had meatballs and steak in it. The menu is mostly Southeast Asian, and seems to accommodate all tastes. I would dine there again, and I recommend it!

In fact, one time, the beef in the Beef and Broccoli was not edible. Had the consistency of cooked rubber. Couldn't eat it. Terrible! Other entrees were much better, today I had the Sesame Chicken. I'd say that was okay, but our sushi was the highlight of the meal. Going to continue frequenting for Sushi and Crab Rangoon's but might skip the entrees.

Middle of the afternoon and a Sunday and we almost had the place to ourselves. The restaurant is spacious with many seating options. Service was prompt and attentive. The menu is large with sushi, Chinese and noodle options. There was also a nice assortment of appetizers. We chose the guacamole roll (novel and looked interesting, the rainbow roll (raw and familiar to us) and the mizu roll with a crab Rangoon appetizer. Each dish was beautifully prepared, presented and really fresh and flavorful. If this is the only sushi place in the area, it's all you will need. Location is also wonderful, situated across the street from a beautiful waterfront park with lots of good walking paths and benches.

If you like a little bit of spice I really enjoyed the Happy Chicken specialty and (of course) the DanDan noodles are a must. For appetizers, the crab rangoons and Sichuan pork dumplings were so delicious. We also had the mapo tofu dish that was great delicious for the vegetarian option. So many delicious things to split between friends My absolute favorite dish they offer is the walnut shrimp. It was so delicious and sweet, I will definitely be ordering it every time I'm back at DanDan! Lastly, we tried some sweet mango crème brûlée that hit the spot at the end of a nice din din

I completely agree that this isn't authentic chinese food, but approachable fusion that tries to keep it truthful to the flavors and presentation. The highlight of the meal was the peking duck, which they only have about 2 orders of a night. We snagged it immediately when we sat down and it can easily feed 4 people with the sides. The duck was juicy and cut into thick pieces, so it was more of a steak rather than a bao style that I am used to. Nevertheless, it was delicious and even warmed up well the next day. The green onion wraps were...strange in my opinion. They fell apart easily and didn't have the best flavor that complemented the duck. Overall, I would come back for the duck itself, but everything else was average or extra salty. Service was great and the staff are very attentive. Happy eating!

First time trying this restaurant, and overall there were definitely some hits and misses, but…read moreenough good things that I'd come back and explore more of the menu. I started with the crab rangoon. I'm used to a lighter, crispier wrapper, so these weren't really my preference. The wrapper was thicker and flatter, and I didn't care for the filling. Next I tried the egg rolls, and those were a completely different stor I loved them! They were crispy, flavorful, and definitely something I would order again. For my entrée, I ordered the steak bánh mì. The bread was good, but I wasn't very impressed with the meat. It was just okay, cut into somewhat odd strips, and I felt like there wasn't quite enough of it for the sandwich. I probably wouldn't order that particular item again. The star of the night was the beef lo mein very tasty and packed with flavor. So good! The homemade ice cream was another highlight. While I was sitting there, I noticed quite a few customers coming through the door specifically for ice cream, and I can see why. They have a great variety of flavors to choose from. The waiter was friendly and provided good service, and the atmosphere had a pretty typical Asian-style décor. Since they're new, I definitely wouldn't let one disappointing sandwich keep me from going back. There are plenty of other items on the menu I'd like to try, and I'll definitely be back for those egg rolls, beef, and homemade ice cream!

Golden brown and crispy! It's too bad Green Bay is so far away from me. History: A few years ago 5xen market had the best chicken and rice. Then recently they were kicked out. The cook moved to Hmong town and the chicken was good. Sadly, for some reason in 2025 the chicken stopped tasting good. It's like the cook disappeared or left. Nowhere to be found. I have been hunting down a good chicken cook since the issue above. Then I happen to come across Asian Fusion at the Oshkosh tournament. Omg. Green Bay hold the gold ticket now. When I see "Asian Fusion" restaurant, I buy the chicken leg with rice! Exceptional! I'm happy again! Green Bay should cherish their chicken king! What does this mean? It means Green Bay has the best chicken and rice on the east side of Wisconsin! Hands down! Enjoy! Only a hand full of Hmong cooks know the secret recipe for cooking exceptional chicken and rice. Asian fusion really need to highlight their chicken more. Maybe say "best chicken in the state". FYI, you cannot beat MN chicken and rice. MN chicken is top dog. Highly recommended

Will have to figure it out next time because we will be back. There is a deli style counter you walk up to place your order, then find a seat and they bring it to your table. We started with the spring rolls with two sauces, peanut and sweet. They were delicious. We also each had a stuffed chicken wink because they looked so good and wanted to try something not usually on a menu. Not sure how they stuffed them but they were delicious. I had an excellent pho. I am gluten intolerant and probably should not of had the chicken wing but it just had about a 1% gluten in I was told. The gentleman who took our order and brought us our food was knowledgeable and attentive. When I ordered my Thai tea I asked it to be put in a to go cup. Because with our apps I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it. As it was I needed two to go containers for my Pho and really enjoyed it for dinner. My combination Pho had lovey perfectly cooked shrimp and sliced beef that had to have been roasted and sliced in-house. At least it tasted like it. I also had several meatball halves too. I would go back for this Pho over and over again. My husband had a curry and he said it was also a 4 star. We try Asian restaurants, mostly Thai, whenever we travel and I hope to be able to come back here when in the area.
