I brought in one of my already altered pants to give them a guide. When I dropped off my pants, it was only the husband working, I told him specifically what I wanted, but if I had not gone in the next day to make sure the message was relayed it would have been wrong. The wife dry cleaned my pants which I did not ask for. When I explained what I had wanted you could see she was upset at her husband. I apologize for not waiting until she came back, to explain to her what I wanted. But I did again specifically explain what I wanted and yeah, I've included pictures. Let's just say I did not get what I paid for. I paid $36 dollars for something that I could of did for less. I'm not bashing this place but if you do go here make sure you tell them several times what you specifically want. And honestly I'm not mad or upset, I am the kind of person that believes: If you don't do it right the first time, why take it back to you to fix it the second time! I recommend Today for your regular cleaning service. They don't go above the regular service. My husband prefers the hangers hung the opposite way, so we have to do that on our own. They are reliable and friendly, so the most important things are provided.
