Both times my wait time to be called back were less an 5 minutes. All the staff were extremely nice. The dentist himself is very personable. The technician who cleaned my teeth was very thorough, probably the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. Great experience, upfront about pricing and options, and did not make me wait. I am very pleased with this office and their staff so far. My two teenage/adult sons are also patients and commented they had positive experiences so far.

I remember that day I came in it was an emergency and they were the only dental office that was open on Saturday. What a blessing that was. I needed a high dose pain medication and antibiotics until I could see the oral surgeon which would've been that coming Friday. I knew I had an infection, but if it wasn't for this office being open and they're kind and understanding demeanor to my situation I thought I was going to lose my mind. This was back in August of this year. As promised, I told him I would return to do the periodontal scraping which I was long overdue. Because I went through cancer, treatment, radiation, and chemo therapy over 15 years ago the special attention they have given to me is above and beyond kindness. I went in 2 weeks ago to do one side and Lisa is a complete Angel.. excellent job they numbed me perfectly and I have a high tolerance for pain but let me tell you I didn't experience any at all even after the medication wore off! Lisa talked to me while she scraped away explaining what she was doing and keeping me calm because I had a bad dental experience in the past so I wanted to grip the armrest like the hulk but she kept it very professional and even shared some VERY helpful facts with me. She was kind and friendly just like Texans normally are! The entire time she kept saying I was doing great and she helped keep me calm! It felt like my best friend was taking care of me! I was there again yesterday (Friday) and Lisa did an exceptional job again! She's been doing that job for 50 yrs so I'm telling you that kind of experience puts your mind at ease! I was really looking forward to seeing Lisa and the rest of the team there! I also had two small fillings done; the doctor and his assistant handled me with care and was most expedient in their work. Dental care is subpar, and sure is predatory. If you have insurance please expect to pay all of…read morethat out of pocket, don't let them convince you that insurance will cover most of a service. They will and can charge you for more if you aren't constantly on the defensive about services you don't need. Get everything they do in writing, and save your quotes and don't pay in advance at all if possible, they will come back to charge you more after the fact and you better be able to prove you have already paid what they are trying to charge you more for. Better yet each Aspen office is ran separately from what I can tell, so they aren't some massive brand that you can expect to experience the same service at each one, treat them like each one is a local dental office. So one Aspen will do something completely different from another Aspen. If you have health issues expect to have to tell them many times over. My doctor won't let me take any otc pain meds other than tiny amounts of Tylenol, and they constantly kept telling me to take Advil or larger doses of Tylenol. And instead of calling my doctor or believing what the doctor had messaged me on a private portal they just left me in pain the whole weekend. So again if you need something don't let them ignore you and move on until they resolve it.

I tell the lady I cannot afford that she says "okay let me see what I can do for you." While this is happening another patient is sitting with another employee saying they cannot afford the dollar amount for their care either. That other employee says the exact same words "okay let me see what I can do for you." Anyways. The lady that was helping me just magically takes off $1,400 from the original total. Still obviously being more than what the out of network cost was. I had a bad feeling all around about this place and chose to use another company and endodontist all together. Best part is- I just got a bill in the mail from them for $155. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Instead, I was blindsided by a hard sell for crowns and partials I neither asked for nor want. The dentist completely disregarded my concerns, acted as if my decision didn't matter, and flat-out refused to proceed with the dentures. At 41, with multiple chronic health conditions since I have been a kid and a clear understanding of what works for me, I don't need to be lectured or pressured--I need to be listened to and respected.
