Update to my previous review... We were impressed with this place at first, even though we would make appoints and 80% of the time would still end up waiting. But the last 3 times we went we would call to make an appointment because I wanted to request someone specific for my pedicure. The guy at the front desk would ask all this information. We would get there and he would ask us all the information again as if he hadn't put the info in for our appointments... that's just slightly annoying but we could live with it. Then I would be waiting 45 mins to an hour for the specific person I requested... which is crazy because I made an appointment with them. Sigh Then they started adding random charges to our bills without telling us they'd be charges... and that's not ok. Very sneaky and unethical. And the last straw was the attitude given to us by the front desk guy. When he first started working there he was so friendly, but over the span of a few months he started getting snippy and acting like he didn't want to be there. That's rough for a customer service position. So to say the least we've started looking for a new place. Disappointing because I enjoyed my pedicures there, but not worth the frustrations of the rest of it.

This is my second time coming here and my girl Mary does the BEST almond shape nails . The staff is so friendly and welcoming and gets me in right away. The pricing is not bad at all either. This place is definitely my forever now!

I was so excited when they had their grand opening. Front desk girl was rude but whateves. First visit was fantastic got great dipped nails- perfect texture shape and there was a grand opening special. Next visit the guy still great color and texture but the guy filed the sides of my nails down which I don't like but it was too late. Plus the were ragged from how hard he filed and now the white power line was showing. This week I "soaked" in acetone for 30 minutes while waiting for a tech to show up. Then he wouldn't clean my hands off from where the polish had gotten everywhere. He didn't feel good and was kinda spacey so it took longer than it needed too. Argued with me again about the white powder gel showing my nails are paper thin at this point so I know it's not my nail. Left the top all scratched up with just a quick topcoat so the looked raggity, the ends were jagged and my "accent nail polish" chipped in one day. Clearly he just didn't care and I was too tired to argue with him any further. I'd been there over 1.5 hours. At least there was a nicer girl at check in. I got them fixed the day after by the owner who is usually quite friendly but just sat in silence. I appreciate that she fixed them but if I have to go back twice to get them fixed that's one time too many for me. For dips plus tip I don't need attitude, crappy looking nails, or my time wasted.

I went in on a Tuesday after 2:30 it was not busy at all, I got sat down very fast. I was the only person getting nails everyone else (3 other ppl) were getting pedicures. My tech was very nice and recommended a nice color for me. I rated 4 stars because she had to keep getting up to greet customers coming in and answer phone calls. She had someone finally take over the front but I think I could've been done in a shorter time with no interruptions.

I had to walk right out as soon as I walked in. It smelled of weed so badly that it hurt my eyes. I cannot enjoy what is supposed to be a relaxing time, while smelling that. When I mentioned it to the front, they looked at me like I was crazy. I know most people might enjoy that smell but it is unbearable to me. Won't be going back. read more

It's my first time at this nail spa and the moment I walked, the place is nice and clean and well decorated... I did not have an appt so I had to wait and that's OK.. I had a classic pedicure done and their price is comparable to others I have been, not too pricey. The vietnames guy who checked me in made me feel comfortable and welcomed while I was waiting. He wore a smile in his face and was accommodating to my requests (towels and drink) My pedi nail tech her name TY.. and she cleaned my feet very thoroughly. She did my ingrown and cleaned my cuticles very well..: I would definitely come back!! read more

I came in for my first time with my good friend and she's been here for years. I was a little skeptical since I usually have my own place that I go to but this place when you walk in you can visibly see how clean it is! That's a big thing with Salons. Everything looked to be very sanitary. Everyone I met was so nice! And there's a bar which is a plus for drinks on the house! It's a nice relaxing time, they were efficient and extremely accommodating. I will definitely be back for a pedicure and other services!! read more

Just recently moved to the area and looking for a nail place. Atmosphere is clean and they offer adult beverages.... Big plus!! Ordered the milk and honey pedi and I enjoyed the foot massage (lasted 30min unlike most places that rush). I did like the place and will give it a second chance. read more

Walked in and was greeted by the host. Had an appointment and was seated with my margarita. Tami was my nail tech and was such a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend tami to do your nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I got exactly that. She does some nice work! read more

Came here Saturday morning for a basic pedi and my eyebrows. Pedicure was horrible told the guy it burned after spraying alcohol on my toes and continued spraying, it literally still hurts. Only giving it 2 stars because I loved they way they did my eyebrows, only going back for that reason. read more

Good pedicure after waiting in the chair for 30 minutes. My nails were a serious mess, and the tech took the time he needed to fix them. Eyebrow wax not so much. The young lady was in such a hurry to get it done that she didn't remove the excess wax or apply any calming oil/cream or pluck any little hairs that the wax missed. And she ran out of the room like her butt was on fire. read more

Always love coming here especially on the weekdays it's not as busy! Downfall they are closed on Sunday's :( I recommend Tim, he is always so professional and does a good job! This was a terrible experience. My nail techs were rushing and doing a poor job. Not paying attention to the details. Very sloppy & rushed work. I was here for 3 and a half hours. When I asked my nail tech to fix my nails as I saw they were coming out poorly, she made them worse. When I asked to speak to someone about it, no one could point me in the direction of who was in charge. Terrible service. Not an enjoyable experience at all. read more

I love this place!! They are very attentive and nice, I have done my nails in several places and but this place is the best one by far!! My mani lasts longer than ever!! The pedicure is very good too, the do wonderful massages and my feet feels like new! Lol Totally recommended!! read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give 0 stars I would. Making an appointment is pointless since they still take 30+ minutes to get to you. The ladies that took care of us did not bother to ask if we wanted a drink just like the other nail techs were doing and rushed through the entire thing in a bad mood. Since I had recently done my pedi I just wanted to get a touch up on my toe polish; They took care of the two people I came with and made me wait until they finished them to just put white polish on one small part of my toe. WASTE OF TIME BECAUSE I COULD DO THAT AT HOME. Once we are walking to leave a lady asks if I'm not getting my nails done and I say no because I didn't even get what I asked for on my toes. She stays quiet and just looks at my toes and the lady who did mine comes up and they both start talking (me not understanding what they are saying) and then just walk away. NOT EVEN AN WE APOLOGIZE IF WE MISUNDERSTOOD WHAT YOU ASKED FOR OR TAKE A SEAT WE CAN STIL FIX IT. NOTHING. read more

Wow! FINALLY an amazing nail salon right down the street from my house. So blown away by the effort put in by the girls here. I came in an hour before they closed and got a one of their top pedicure services. The girls didn't rush through the service at all even though they had to stay late to finish. I have never found a place that could top my legit fav nail place! But yeah D Crown just did it! Maybe not topped but at least meet my expectations! I loved it, I had the volcano pedicure and I got the ombré nails, see pics. Loved it, everyone was nice and they got me my wine. Thanks to everyone there! I have been coming here and love this shop. I told the lady up front I wanted to redo my nails.. do a dip. She gets the man up there as he is taking the dipped nails off, I noticed my nails are in pretty good shape. I let him know I just want to do polish. Well when the time comes he yelled at the lady up front " Why did you tell me she wanted dip?" I told him at first I did. Tell him I want polish to give my nails a break... he is mad about it. Yes I understand he will make more off a dip rather than polish. I have no problem leaving a bigger tip...but when you want to be rude to me because I changed my mind... I still left 5 dollars. I have the right to change my mind. Do not get mad at me or yell at the lady up front. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! I got a mani-pedi and that was the best massage I've received in a very long time. Plus the nails were gorgeous. I am never satisfied with my nails but here they UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT. Not to mention they are my wedding nails and I was so nervous going to a new place. 10/10 recommend! read more
