From MY experience. I'm not given the royal treatment like my family. Sometimes the options can be overwhelming and takes me a while to decide. I don't like feeling rushed or pushed for something that I may not want. Then I feel nervous asking for anything, change my choice, an explanation of what kind of special I selected and what the difference is. The technicians can be easily irritated and that's not a welcoming nor a returning experience I want. I'm already stressing about paying and just want to make sure I like the choices since they're long term nails. I've paid for a treatment and received the bare minimum. No massages, no special scrubs or hot towels... when I asked they said I paid for the basic.... When it's the same thing I get when my family comes.. additional add ons can be charged if you want a shape or style, kind of bizarre. They pick and choose the timeframe they want. I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't like the bottom of my nails to be full of gunk nor the sides of my nails digging in.

when client booked the service with specifically technician, is not right you pass them to the…read moreother technician when she arrives at salon. i know everyone have life and it's normal if that tech couldn't come on time or couldn't come that day for client but it's better to call the client and ask her on the phone not passing her to another technician after driving 40minutes to salon. i'm a nail tech too and i know when the client asked me the shape of some nails is not right isn't straight just i need to pick up my hand file and fix it for them not telling them oh the problem is your nail cause it was broken!!! and never tell them i did the shape like this cause of your cuticle is this way!!!! And also I understand they wake you up from your nap to make my nails and you are hungry but fix the nails first then go get your food, but i'm appreciate for your fast service!!
