Long but Truthful Review…read more In September 2025, I went to Dr. Wadley for two long dental bridges and proceeded with treatment based on her recommendation. During the initial phase, which consisted mainly of impressions, I asked to see photos of previous bridge or veneer cases she had completed. Unfortunately, she was unable to locate any examples of her work. Looking back, that should have been a warning sign. Once my bridges were placed, the problems began almost immediately. Over the next six months, both bridges repeatedly cracked and failed. Each bridge has now broken three separate times, requiring multiple return visits and replacements. The final straw occurred on March 10, 2026. What was supposed to be a routine appointment to place yet another replacement bridge turned into a nightmare. During the procedure, my teeth were drilled repeatedly, resulting in nerve exposure and the need for an emergency root canal. Unfortunately, the root canal was not completed. Following the procedure, I experienced significant pain and was unable to obtain a prescription because I was told there was no prescription pad available. At that point, I completely lost confidence in Dr. Wadley's ability to continue my treatment and sought care elsewhere. The new dentist confirmed that the root canal was incomplete, with remaining nerve tissue and an untreated canal requiring corrective treatment. I had to personally cover part of the cost to have the procedure corrected. In addition, two other dentists, including a prosthodontist who specializes in bridges, veneers, and implants, evaluated my case and confirmed that the bridges had open margins and were improperly fitted. As a result, I now have to start the entire process over, including the fabrication of completely new bridges. This experience has been financially, physically, and emotionally devastating. I paid Dr. Wadley $6,188, and my insurance paid an additional $1,084. Despite these payments, I am left with ongoing pain, missing teeth, severely shaved-down teeth, embarrassment, and the need for extensive corrective treatment. I have repeatedly attempted to resolve this matter directly through emails, phone calls, and certified mail, all of which have gone unanswered. I have photographs, dental records, and documentation supporting everything described in this review. I work with the public every day, and I am deeply embarrassed by the condition of my teeth. I cannot smile with confidence, and my daily life has been significantly affected by this experience. My advice to anyone considering extensive restorative work at this office is to do your research carefully and seek multiple opinions before proceeding. Years in practice do not necessarily translate into expertise in complex restorative dentistry. Unfortunately, I learned that lesson the hard way.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Roswell Dental Smiles…read more I responded to their advertised $99 "new patient special" for x-rays, exam, and cleaning. I was charged $546.93 after being told I required a gum treatment before they could clean my teeth. I agreed because Dr. Saranya Sakthivadivel REFUSED to do my cleaning if the treatment wasn't done first. After the treatment was done the hygienist began scaling but did not finish the cleaning, and polishing was never performed. I was instructed to return in one month to (1) verify whether the gum treatment worked and (2) finish the cleaning at no additional cost. The front office coordinator, Molli Scissel, confirmed this when I checked out. At my follow-up visit, instead of evaluating my gum treatment or finishing the work I already paid for, I was immediately presented with a new $193 bill for another cleaning. I showed my original receipt, and the receptionist AGREED I had already paid until Dr. Saranya Sakthivadivel entered and insisted it was "separate." She refused to proceed unless I paid again, and still did not perform the gum treatment follow-up she was supposed to check. I later filed a BBB complaint, which the office ignored completely. In response documentation, the dentist falsely claimed I used "inappropriate language," which never happened, an attempt to discredit me instead of addressing what actually occurred. I have call logs and voicemail screenshots showing their claims about contacting me were untrue, and that my voicemail was never full. This review is not about disliking a procedure it is about: * being billed for services not rendered, * being told verbally that something would be included only to be charged again, * medical follow-up being skipped, and * false statements made about my behavior. I am pursuing this matter with my bank, the Georgia Board of Dentistry, and the Attorney General. I am also prepared to pursue this matter in small claims court if it is not resolved. This was a deeply unprofessional experience, and future patients should be aware.

I go for my cleaning twice a year and they would give me a small goodie bag after with toothpaste and a toothbrush. Before my scheduled appointment, I get a reminder close to the date and I can check in through my phone. I also usually never have to wait long at all before being seen for my appointment. They are located in a fairly busy area with other businesses right next to and all around it. I've never had a problem finding parking. I like the genuineness and care provided there, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to go there.

I had the gum procedure + got new crowns for my front top teeth here at Confident. I was kinda nervous to go through with the appointment, but everything just went so smooth- from the front office, easy appointment/financial strategy with the friendliest office Manager Lea, great consultation up until the day of my procedure. Here's the thing... I've been ignoring the fact that my front teeth needed to be fixed bad due to a bad dentist's experience. Yes, sometime my bad teeth would make me loose my confident when I talked to people. But, I was scared to go back to any dentist (plus to think on how hurt it could be, because my teeth AND gum needed some work done). Until one day, I had to take my kids for their dentist appt and met with Dr. Cesar who have so much passion on what he does. Never once I felt like he pressured me that I "should" do this or that for my kids' teeth, but he suggested some thing and helped us planning it out. He was very friendly, gentle and patience with my kids especially with my autistic son Colin. He did not want to stay in the chair, but somehow Dr. Cesar and his team helped to calm him down and stayed there. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The way my pain and concerns were handled was extremely upsetting. I felt that my pain was not taken seriously, and I did not feel that the practice genuinely cared about my well-being after such a significant financial investment. As a Spanish-speaking patient, I also felt that I was treated differently and with less respect because of my language and background. I felt discriminated against as a Hispanic/Spanish-speaking patient, which made an already difficult experience even worse. When a patient spends more than $16,000 on dental treatment, they should be able to expect quality care, proper communication, compassion, and respect--not to feel ignored when they are experiencing pain. I would strongly encourage anyone considering extensive treatment here to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and consider getting a second opinion before spending a significant amount of money. This review reflects my personal experience and how I was treated as a patient. I sincerely hope the practice takes these concerns seriously and improves the way it treats patients who are in pain and those who speak Spanish.
