These people are WONDERFUL. Not just for me, but for what I witnessed while in the salon. I just needed a quick pedicure and Today's had great reviews so I stopped by. I was in and out under an hour. My toes look AMAZING. During that time, a couple of gentleman brought in their elderly family member who was struggling to walk etc. It was evident after a few minutes that he was brought there often to keep his nail hygiene in good shape. Not only did they have great rapport with him, but were so kind and attentive to his needs. He struggled to communicate but they were sweet and complimentary of his attempts as well as so gentle. I had a great experience with Rose. I got a gel manicure and pedicure, and felt very safe with their COVID procedures. They had plenty of spacing between chairs and were very clean. My nails look and feel very nice, and I would definitely go back! They ask that guests sign in by time of arrival and note temperatures. There were several partitions seperating each station as well as ones on each station desk. Everything felt very sanitary and I look forward to returning. read more

I really didn't want to make this review because I thought it was sweet how the nail techs were all friendly with each other and happy at their place of work. Yet, I cannot ignore the unfortunate nail service. I am really sad to say that my nails have never really been the same after coming here. Unfortunately, the nail technician was not paying attention well enough and took off 1/4 of my natural nail. I am very sad about this because my nail is now deformed for the past month every since I went there. She said my nail would grow back but it hasn't yet. I really don't want this to happen to anyone else. There's a ton of nail salons around, I wouldn't choose this one. I should have took it as a sign that no one was getting their nails done there and that it was empty. read more

Attention to detail is great and they check in to make sure the length, shape and color is exactly what you want. Things to consider for your first visit: - while it's located right on Hillcrest, you might miss the salon driving by. It's right across the street from Pape's Meats. I've lived here for years and only recently discovered them! Plenty of parking, you'll likely find a spot within a block of the salon. - They will ask for *first time customers* to pay cash as they've been scammed multiple times by customers paying with credit cards, so this understandable. You absolutely get great value for the price of services! Mani comes with a short and sweet hand massage, pedi comes with the same for your feet! I didn't make an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in. I was in a major time crunch, and because they had the availability. I had two women working on me. When I called to inquire about the cost of pedicure service I was told $30. I brought my elderly mother there and went out to run a few errands while my mother was getting her pedicure done. When I came back later to pick up my mother, she told me that they were trying to charge her $35. I am glad that my mom insisted on only paying $30, with a tip to the lady who did her pedicure, since that was what I had told her. I thought it was not very nice to charge people more than what they had been told, which was why I rated them 3 stars instead of 4 stars . read more
