I came here with my best friend for a gel mani the other day before we leave for my bachelorette trip & Helen and Betty did a fantastic job! I used to get my nails done here all the time but just stopped going to nail salons overtime so it was nice to see that the quality of their work hasn't gone down. I came in with some inspo pics of what I wanted and mentioned that I'm getting married later in the year so this was somewhat of a trial run. Helen took the time to talk me through what it would look like. Ultimately we decided to go with gold glitter tips which came out super nice! Visited for the first time last month. One of the best gel manicures I've ever had. Great manicure in general. My nails have never looked so good. Gel lasted 3 weeks and looked great until I needed to change it. Pedicure was good too. And nice staff. Knocked off a star because it's not very well maintained or clean looking. It's a small shop too. They're obviously busy because of good work, but don't feel as comfortable in the salon. read more

They were super nice to me as a walk-in and my pedicure was great. I loved the homey feel with all the regulars chatting about their lives, made me feel very at home. The nail salon wants to keep them coming, rather than doing good work. would not at all recomend this nail salon. they do not give enough time for services. it is ok for a customer to wait to be taken in 10-to 20 minutes later than their appointment, but they won't spend a minute longer on you. hope I gave you something to think about. read more

Betty fit me in at the last minute for mani and pedi despite the fact that I called at the last minute (the day before my flight to Europe) but she was able to schedule an early time slot to accommodate me. I showed up and my technician was Linn who was amazing! She was friendly and fast. She shared that she had people called for early appointments before and didn't show up. I felt terrible hearing that because time is important! But the fact that she still keeps at her job and showing up early even though she was stood up many times before speaks volume about the type of service Four Seasons is offering. I've been here several times now and the service is always consistent. The staff is so genuine and friendly. They make every customer feel welcome and seem to have long-term loyal clients. On my last visit, a couple came in and the boyfriend/husband was very excited to see his S.O. get her nails done. Everyone here is great at doing nails so I'm happy with whomever is available. This was my first time going to Four Seasons Nail Salon and I was very impressed! My friends and I needed our nails done for Coachella, so we made a fun girls day out of it. We made reservations about a week in advance and our appointment was Sunday afternoon. There wasn't any parking on El Camino, so we parked on Serra St. which is behind the salon. It was pretty busy, so we had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to be helped. I got a white gel manicure with a few diamonds for $40 (gel is $35 plus $5 for diamonds) Overall, the prices are very reasonable. The lady who did my manicure was very friendly and thorough. She didn't try to rush and was meticulous about everything. I wish I got her name but she was wearing glasses. My only complaint is that all of my diamonds fell off the next day when I showered. I don't think it's their fault, but lesson learned I'll ever get diamonds again. I'm writing this review a few weeks after and they're still in great shape... no cracks or chips. I always go for the French gel manicure because I love how the gel here rarely chips and lasts for a good 3 weeks! During this visit, I got my nails done by Hellen. She did a great job with my nails, she was patience and was very detailed. They used to do two coats of the white tip in the past for the French manicure, but this time they only did one. In the past, they also used to do double the UV light for some of the coats, but that didn't happen this time as well. I'm not sure what the difference is but it still worked out. The cost of the French manicure was $35 prior to tip. I also brought my cousin in for a regular pedicure. It costs $27. My cousins really enjoyed her pedicure. She said they soaked it and gave her a very nice calves and foot massage which she hadn't experience before at the other nail salons she has been to. I like how easy it is to make an appointment here. Although the prices have increased 5 dollars for the gel French manicure (used to be $30, now $35), I wouldn't go anywhere else as I trust the ladies here to get the job done and to ensure it does not chip within the week. read more

I got my nails done here couple months ago for Coachella and Betty did an amazing job. Betty is extremely skilled! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate it without any trouble. I will definitely be back for my next special event! She charged me $45 for gel + special designs. However, they do get really busy so don't expect to get an appointment if you're walking in. Highly recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. Called a couple of places but they were all booked. Four Seasons was open to take me if I came in 20 minutes which I did. Normal procedure, chose a color and sat down for mani pedi. Service was fine. Massage and foot scrub lacked energy and strength and was fairly short. They used a mixed of oil and lotion. The place itself does not look too sanitary with boxes everywhere. I've been going to this salon since 2015, when my cousins and I went to get prepped for my other cousin's wedding. I love them here! They are very accommodating and remember your name and just always pleasant. There have been times I waited longer than usual but most salons are like that. I come here only for their gel manicures and have never been disappointed! I've had different people work on my nails each time and the quality is always superb. My gel manicures last a solid 2.5-3 weeks through hot showers, dishes, etc. They are fairly priced at $25. I highly respect them for honoring their appointments, and you should definitely call in for appointments ahead of time as they are always busy and do turn away walk-ins. They are the only salon I know that do not over-book and over-promise! They are definitely no-frills, so don't expect to feel pampered with massages or champagne. Located within a 5-10 minute walk from Millbrae Bart, this is a very convenient location. Parking is hit or miss, though more often scarce. Got my nails done for an engagement shoot and they turned out really nice. The lady didn't quite get the design the same as the example but it still turned out lovely. I was very happy with the execution of the design anyway and couldn't stop admiring it. The gel manicure took about 1 hour 5 minutes because my nail tech had to get up a few times to tend to other clients. At least she was nice and friendly. I thought she did a good job but didn't look hard enough before I left. I was in a rush to pick up my daughter so I had to dash out. Never had a few a gel mani look bubbly like this, maybe a regular mani. Probably won't come back, even to get it removed.
