During my appointment, the technician worked very deep into the corners of my toenails. While she was able to remove an ingrown nail on my left foot, the pressure and digging were quite painful. On my right big toe, there was a moment where she was working on the side and had to stop suddenly. By the weekend, my right toe was severely inflamed, and I ended up at urgent care. I am now on a course of antibiotics for an infection, sadly needing to taking them during my vacation. I truly appreciate how kind the team is, but I would urge the salon to be more cautious with how aggressively they handle ingrown edges to prevent these kinds of medical issues for future clients.

The entire appointment lasted maybe 15 minutes and felt very "in and out" with no care or attention to detail. Even the owner looked unfriendly and unapproachable. For $35, this experience was absolutely not worth it. When people go in for a mani or pedi, they want to feel relaxed, welcomed, and taken care of not rushed out the door. Customer service here seriously needs improvement. Being kind and creating a positive environment goes a long way. The place also didn't seem busy, and after my experience, I can understand why.
