Sad to say I was really looking forward to my appointment as my wife raved about Dr. Fleischman. I arrived 35min late for a 8:15 appointment due to a morning emergency that caused the delay. I was shocked and so disappointed at the attitude and lack of any compassion from the terrible lady that received me and just let me know I was late and started repeating that I was let and had to re-schedule with an upfront prepayment. I mentioned i had already prepaid this appointment and she continued to just repeat the same thing which I didn't understand if she heard or even cared that I had already paid over $300 for this appointment. I was still upset from my morning earlier events and felt she had no CS skills and I asked her to explain what she meant by the additional prepayment and again she was unclear so I rudely asked her to explain in English since we were not communicating. She then said to find another dental office as I was not welcome back! Well I would never go back to a place that has no care for how to deal with people. I'm sorry if the Dr. has no clue who he has representing his practice!!! read more

Dr. Todd is an amazing human and dentist!! I had an emergency and he was kind enough to fit me in on a moment's notice. He is a genuine and compassionate doctor who truly cares about your well-being. Despite the fact that his schedule was full, he took his time with me to ensure that his work was completed masterfully. If I had better dental insurance, I'd come here all the time. This dental office is very up-to-date, with the latest technology, nice decor, with tea and hot/cold water in the waiting room. It seems like they try to make it as comfortable for patients as possible. Dr. Fleischman is very friendly and easy to talk to -- I feel like my teeth are in good hands with him. Dr. Fleischman came highly recommend by two folks at work. He is indeed terrific. Even the the person who did my cleaning was great. The hours/days they were open did leave something to be desired as getting an appointment was not as easy as I had hoped. However, the nasty, pushy, and generally horrible front desk person made me leave never to come back. There is nothing worse than having someone with ZERO listening skills try and push treatment you don't want, the doctor agreed you did not, want but she wants you to have. If the world is made up of people who listen and people who just wait to talk, the front desk person is in a class of her own as she just wants to talk over you in the most pushy manner possible. It's a shame you can't get the treatment you want from what seemed to be nice folks doing the treatment just because you can't get past the dragon manning the phones and front desk. read more

I have been going for 16 years and this practice has always been top notch-- medically up-to-date, well-organized, and so comfortable you feel like you are spending an hour at the spa! Dr. Fleischman cares about the patient's comfort. Office staff are likewise warm, caring, professional, knowledgeable, and competent. You will NOT have to worry about pain or anybody being rough or careless in your mouth. Everyone is attentive to your needs and very gentle! Dr. Fleischman is very thorough in his exam, even examining your jaw and bite. He is knowledgeable enough and generous enough with his time to answer any and all questions about dental or gum problems or preventive maintenance. The aesthetic and functional quality Dr. Fleischman's work is perfect. Dr. Fleischman has done two fillings for me and both look like healthy natural teeth. I have had no problems with them. Office ambiance is beautiful because of the good taste of the previous dentist, Dr. Kravitz. Enjoy the herbal tea and massage chairs! Like everything about this practice, the front office staff are wonderful. They are courteous, competent, and they just want to do everything they can to make your dental visit easy and pleasant! Who better than another dentist as patient to accurately evaluate the performance of a fellow professional? Dr Fleischman just completed some major dental treatment on me. I was very careful in my selection as to whom would treat me. My dental issue was "open to discussion." After much careful consideration, I opted for Dr Fleischman. It was a great decision. I was referred to Dr. Fleischman by my periodontist when my former general dentist retired. Let me preface this review by making it known that I am 34 years old and have have some kind of dental work done on almost every tooth. Unfortunately, it has been a struggle. I was scared that my new dentist wouldn't be competent enough to handle my complex ongoing dental issues. But I am so lucky to have found Dr. Fleischman. He has gone above and beyond, many times. He's made my extensive treatments affordable since I had to pay everything out of pocket. He didn't insist that he complete work he didn't need to complete, like other dentists have in the past. I could trust him to only recommend what was necessary and to do a stellar job completing the work. In addition to doing excellent work, he is so helpful and caring. When I visited him and he knew I needed a complex extraction taken care of immediately by a periodontist, he texted the periodontist, notifying him that I'm on my way over. I was able to walk right in to get care without even having an appointment. One thing I loved about going to Dr. Fleischman was that he was in constant communication with my periodontist and I never had to worry about transmitting information myself. Dr. Fleischman provided two crowns for two implants. I already have one implant from a previous dentist and the crown is not very good. But Todd's are excellent, the best of the best (I have since moved to Los Angeles and my dentist here praised Dr. Fleischman's work). Also, when I moved to L.A., Dr. Fleischman helped me find a dentist I could trust. He also evaluated my new dentist's treatment plan and weighed in with his expert advice (out of the kindness of his heart). Lastly (and perhaps most importantly, in a sense), Dr. Fleischman made me laugh constantly. I looked forward going to the dentist--even if it meant hours of dental work. Dr. Fleischman's warm personality really put me at ease when I was enduring complicated dental procedures. I miss him and his kind and caring staff and know that no one compares.
