We found the receptionist to be very polite and friendly . She checked us in quickly and we only had a few papers to fill out . The waiting area was clean and update with plenty of seating. I can only say our experience with Dr. Tsekhan was excellent, he was very professional , knowledgeable, mild mannered and made my husband feel very comfortable! He listened to us patiently and took the time to explain everything to us clearly. I must say that it was such a pleasure to sit in this appointment and discuss with the doctors choices on what and how to move in our testing of a colonoscopy. I've never felt so relaxed and comfortable as he explained and taught us why colonoscopy's are so important. I felt like I was in class. So informative and the way he so eloquently laid out was just awesome. This was the best doctors appointment I've ever been too and it was for my husband. But he educated me on women's health as well. Wow, it's such a freeing feeling when a doctor openly talks to you and you aren't afraid or intimidated. Kudos to Dr. Kim!! He needs to give classes on bedside manner.
