It took 5 months to get back the OSHA fees and LAB fees which were fraudulently billed by the old owners. So sad that they took advantage of in-network additional billing that was not allowed. Old owners just ignored it but the new doc did the right thing! I hope this practice learns from this experience and treats patients the right way without tacky billing ideas.

The staff even went beyond to work with my insurance to figure out how my coverage could go from 10% to 40% saving me over $1,000. Just a few months later I had an emergency after chipping a tooth the day before traveling and they got me in immediately, made me feel so much better after the stress and fear of what it'd look like and how long it would last. I had called in for a cleaning appointment and it was my first appointment with this office. When I arrived, there were three women in the dental room and they were very kind. The x-ray tech was very nervous and kept dropping the equipment. All the employees who I interfaced with seemed highly nervous. When the dentist came in to look at my teeth, he started yelling at me because he said I had gum and he needs to call my previous dentist and find out why he wasn't treating me for gum disease I have to admit, I have never been yelled at by a Dentist no matter what shape my teeth were in.
