My brother has used these folks a few times and has been happy with their service. Unfortunately,…read morethis year my brother has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and is having difficulty managing his affairs alone. His snow blower quit during the last storm, and TK made an appt to go and pick it up at his home. He completely forgot about it and was not there at the agreed upon time. When they called him to reschedule, and to explain he would be billed for the missed pickup, my brother was very unpleasant and hung up on them. Later, when I was paying his bills, I contacted TK to ask about the fee (I didn't know any of the above occurrence). I spoke with Steve who was very understanding and very kind. He understood the difficulty we are having, and the "awkward" stage between independence and losing freedom to manage things himself with dementia and he credited the fee back to us. I cant speak to their work - but I can speak to their humanity. I will speak highly of Steve's integrity and service to anyone who needs small engine repair!!

I purchased a Husqvarna chain saw there along with a bunch of accessories and pre-mix gas. I…read morethought I would buy local and help them out. I paid full retail, no doubt. Well, the saw leaked bar oil all over the place. I put up with it for a while but then took it in for them to look at. One guy said it was missing some part in the oil tank and caused it to leak. So, since I never took it apart, it was missing the part since new. I left it there for nearly two months then the part finally came in. They had the balls to charge me $65 to put the part in. They are totally clueless. Acted like he never saw me before. Definitely never going there again.

Finally, an electrician that doesn't play games. One person operation with full accountability and…read morea 'let's get it done' attitude. Good communication either through email, text or phone. I had a bucket list of items that I needed help with. I got ridiculous quotes from other electricians, $2200, $2600, $2500. Marty came by, looked at the job and had decided the best course of action what to just do Time and Materials at his hourly rate. It saved him from underestimating/overestimating and I could manage the costs fairly. Items completed: 1. Deck Post light caps: Caseta switch installation. Also diagnosing some incorrect connections (I had made incorrect connections previously). Wiring an incomplete LV wiring run to complete a 'missing' section of lights. 2. Under deck puck lights: 15 Amp box and 2nd Caseta switch installation powering puck lights 3. Troubleshooting Magnitude MLV Transformer (found bad caseta switch and worked with Lutron support to diagnose and get replacement) 4. Installed heat tape on troublesome (ice/snow) roof section I got everything done for roughly $600.00. (I bought all the materials in advance ~$100 worth and did some "brain dead" stuff myself (like running 14/2 UF wire through existing conduit). In any event, I was thrilled with T&M as was he. I believed I saved roughly $1500 by spending an hour or two myself and having Marty come in for the rest. I think I found my new 'go to' electrician in my area. Fair, honest and hard working.
