We haven't been to that store before so I called ahead to see if they had the right size. I spoke to the manager Nelly, who helped me. She was so incredibly gracious and nice that it really made an impression on me. I mentioned to my husband before we even came to the store how lucky Vuori was to have Nelly working for the shop. You could tell she clearly LOVED her job and really loved what she did. The clothing is incredible high-quality but the customer service is something that is over the top. I would recommend this store to anybody and I would recommend that the management consider Nelly for a promotion. She is doing your Brand WONDERS!! I cannot wait to return to pick up some of cutest active clothes in town. THANK YOU NELLY FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. WE WILL BE BACK!! And my husband LOVES his shirt!

The nice girl over the phone said they showed one pair, but wanted to physically check inventory to confirm. They did have them, and she set them aside for the day. Vuori is located on the first shopping block on Abbot Kinney (if you're coming from Main St). Upon entering, it's easy to find the counter towards the back of the store, and I was greeted by the blonde girl working. Letting her know an item was on hold, she directed me over to the fitting room. I saw two doors open but one had clothing in it, but another employee offered assistance, letting me in the other open room. I wanted to make sure the fit was proper, so I walked on out and the same employee was there to help. She was very informative, and said the fit depended on how you wanted the length to be, if you wanted them low or higher on the hips, etc. I knew I had made the right choice. Even though I had planned on wearing these primarily on flights, I have a feeling they'll be sneaking into my weekly wardrobe. Same girl rang me up, and this was a seamless transaction. She also sent me an offer code via email so I was able to save on my next purchase (which I already used on another pair of joggers). The name 'Shawn S' was on the bottom of the receipt, and I was here back in later March on a Monday. I'm starting to check out Vuori's site more now, and I'm happy my experiences with the company have improved immensely.

Founded in 2013 in Venice, California, by Sasha Koehn and Erik Allen Ford, they started out of a 350-square-foot garage with locally-made jeans and tees and a simple goal to make clothing that will stand the test of time. Because they are made in the US and use high quality materials they are quite expensive. A friend was wearing a really nice T-Shirt in the Bay Area and when I asked him about the brand he told me "Buck Mason". I wasn't trying to come here specifically but remembered the name when I saw the store and decided to come. Staff was nice and offered water, they also have quite a large selection of liquor near a turn table but I didn't feel like having a drink at the time. I walked into the store and there was no one else but me. Two store clerks where there staring at their cell phones and none raised there heads to say hello or welcome. As matter of fact they seemed annoyed I walked in. Perhaps disrupting what they were doing. I started looking for some pants and I could have asked for help but I became so aware that they felt I was intruding that I waited for them to ask the simple question "can I help you find something?"
