I love Rag & Bone and went to try on some sweat pant jeans. I had purchased Rag & Bone from Bloomingdale's and wasn't sure I ordered the right size. The pants hadn't arrived yet and I was anxious to see how they fit. I was helped by the sweetest, most knowledgable person-Hailey. She definitely knows her merchandise and I was so impressed with her. After trying on the pants in the store, I realized that the size I ordered was, in fact, correct. Hailey even gave me some tips on how to safely shrink the length of the pants as they were way too long. I am definitely going to go back because the customer service is top-notch. Walked up to the front door from the right side and was stopped by some woman who looked me up and down displeased and asked if I was there for the event. I said no and I got a bizarre dirty look. WTH. So, of course, I immediately turned around and left, to the left, where there was a sign about the event. I only went there because my sister really likes their clothes and I wanted to check them out. Crazy that I COULDN'T EVEN MAKE IT INSIDE THE BUILDING. What a sh*tty feeling, especially since I was in retail for over 3 decades and no matter what she thought about me one of the first things you learn is don't judge a book by it's cover. Ladies, be aware. I purchased clothing a week ago and took three items that I thought looked really good on me. When I got home and I realized they didn't fit well. I've worked hard all year, so I thought I'd treat myself to something nice. I am going to Germany for three weeks and need winter clothing. A week later, I tried to return two of the items I purchased, and I was treated like a criminal who took off the price tag, put it back, and tried to get a refund. I don't know where this attitude came from, especially from a lady who said she was the manager. I walked into the store, and she was helping someone at the cashier. It was clear she was already upset about the situation. I am Asian, and she remembered me from a week ago when I bought about $2,000 worth of stuff. When I greeted her at the counter, she looked upset and tried to ignore me. I told her I tried these clothes at home with mu own mirror, and I realized they wouldn't work, so I was returning them. Then she said I removed the tag from one of the items, and I couldn't return it. I remembered the tag fell off the jacket, and I tied it back. She accused me as if I were a criminal and morally wrong. This was really weird. I explained that the tag came loose, and I had to reattach it. I would never go back to this store again. I don't like how this manager lady treated customers like criminals. I told her not to look at me through her lens and that I am not who she thinks I am. Honor the policy, Rag and Bone, so the store brand remains trustworthy. Bad experience! read more

I had the most amazing service from Hailey and ended up ordering a size up for the jeans I fell in love with. They have a great selection and are very accommodating if you are looking for something special or you need to order something in your size! We buy clothes online from rag & bone regularly and up to this day our return experience was good, but today the staff refused to accept the return due to tag not being attached. I get it its our fault but they didnt make an exception that this happened for the first time neither offered us a store credit. I had the best experience at Rag & Bone! All clothes were and felt amazing, the fabric felt so soft it doesn't even itch my skin! Also the person that attended me was the best! I love the line, and was tired of the micro selection in the local spots in Orange County. Checked out the store here and was blown away, gorgeous store, great selection, staff was super friendly when I looked like a looky loo in, and even better when I was trying on shirts, no pressure, they didn't push anything, just chatted and laughed about non sales related topics. I live an hour south, but will me coming back. Not only did I experience a casual fun shopping day, but I saw the same in all shoppers and their interaction with the staff. Also to note, you don't get the competitive push from sales staff to get your exclusive attention, they seem like the work there because they want to, not to take sales away from other members of the staff. Parking, I parked right up front, but i did have a motorcycle, but, it was a spot for a car so I would have gotten it if I drove. one last thing, inside decor is total Zen, and they have a back yardish spot with more Zen, foliage and garden seating. Within seconds of walking are restaurants, bars, and more chill spots, really a nice place to visit. Sorry for going on so long, but it is that nice here. read more

This location is my favorite storefront of Rag+Bone to buy from. The space matches up the esthetic of the brand: clean, modern and a slight hint of trendy. Inventory is stocked fully, so I never have a problem finding myself. Customer service is great. Love the backdoor space to get some sun rays in between trying clothes on. read more

I love rag & bone and this store is beautiful. My favorite is the shoes and accessories section. Did I mention I love their boots? I wish they carried petite sizes as their destroyed denim is one of my favorite but they run too long for me. I spend tons on money on this stuff (I love the fit of the T shirts and blazers) at various stores however the snobby sales staff here either don't help or just stare at you from afar to make sure you don't steal anything, It's a bit embarrassing... the men's inventory is low anyways Your better off at Nordstrom at the Promenade or Grove. I love R&B. I've been to the NYC Meatpacking location (which I go to for different products) and frequent the Venice location. Awesome service and even if the service was poor, I'd probably wouldn't give a rat's ____ because I love their products too much. Love the shoes, bags, jeans hats, oh wait, everything. I have the small pilot bag from a few years ago and have, in my opinion, nearly destroyed it. Crushed on airport security belts, crammed under airplane seats, sat on NYC subway seats, tossed around in my car when I slam on the breaks on the 405, and even tagged along on camping trips because I forgot I had it in the car, and yet, this bag still looks beautiful and the leather still feels nice.
