Cameron diagnosed and repaired our queen-sized bed support that was so broken I could not sleep on it. Two no sleep nights are two too many. What to expect: Cameron came to the RV park same day on time and was very friendly and professional. He drove to Home Depot to buy the wood and parts even though it was a Saturday. He cut the wood pieces and assembled the needed parts. It seems quite robust. The piano hinge (existing) works even better than before when lifting the bed for storage access. With no parts replacement, can't help but feel I got soaked. I will probably sell the RV if these are the costs I am looking at paying.
