My visit was self pay no insurance. No more little clinic for my family no thanks. I had my firm of payment with my name and was already in there system I was so sick had no voice and was told they could not see me without me going out to get my id. I left complained about it. But was told they gave the right to refuse. So now I refuse and I think they should realize they could have still checked me in and requested me to get the required Id before the end of appointment or allow me to at least get resolved to being seen and request me getting it at the end with medication.
