Small Banana Split (6 scoops with toppings)
    Mikala T. S.

This may be a smaller location, but it is still just as yummy! Been here several times, & the girls working are very sweet! We had the small banana split, & it was so big that we had leftovers for a couple days! The strawberry ice & topping was my favorite part! Tofts has the best ice cream!

Decent ice cream The ice cream had great flavor but a little bit icy. Prefer creamier consistency. Fantastic whipped cream though.

I've been here a few times now and each visit we've had something different from the elephant ear to a few different burgers to the fried sauerkraut balls there really is something that's perfect for everyone. Their burgers are a good size like they will fill you up so don't Over think that because you'll be like why did I get all that lol! Of the two that I've tried it was all about the rodeo burger that had that yummy bbq sauce and the onion rings on it with that perfectly cooked bacon to set the whole thing right. We have gotten their onion rings twice because they are seriously what's good as you can taste the beer batter in them and that crunch is just what you've been searching for when it comes to onion rings. The elephant ear was delicious and just what you'd expect it to be a big frisbee with tons of sugar and cinnamon on it to make it just that much yummier! The sauerkraut balls were unique and good for what they were but definitely not to be out done by all the other fried goodies they have here. Of the things that I've already had here I do look forward to coming back and getting a pizza since you really can't ever go wrong with a pie and I'm sure it will be just as good as everything else I've had here. As for the inside it was very clean and accommodating when we visited to where I felt safe eating inside as for the staff they have been very friendly and happy to answer any questions I might have definitely making it a positive experience each time. Overall delicious goodies and yummy food that you can get inside or at the drive through either way I'll be back here again soon as this is a awesome local business that's doing it right in more than one way!

I paid extra for all of this! I got a lukewarm pizza that I had to stick in the microwave and no marinara sauce. Not one cup! I called them and they said they would bring the sauce, but at this point I don't even want it! I'm not ordering pizza from them anymore. I suggest a salad.

The lady taking our order must have been having a rough day as she was short tempered with everyone who came across her. Luckily when it was my turn, I was able to order without catching any 'tude. Decided to try the new mixing bowl mashup blizzard, which combined brownie batter and chocolate chip cookie dough into one cup. So good! If you can't decide, recommend giving this limited time treat after try. Also tried some of their newest dipped cone flavor - Crunchin' Cookie, soft serve (went with chocolate) dipped in a blue chocolate cookie-flavored coating. This one is also good!

I was wearing shorts and a tank top and the girls were in their bathing suits from the waterpark. This man runs over while we are ordering and tells the cashier that she can't serve people who aren't fully clothed.... it's literally children in bathing suits from the water park two minutes down the road..... if that wasn't bad enough and uncomfortable enough, then everything i ordered they didn't have. they weren't selling milkshakes for the day, they were out of pineapple lemonade, etc. i got a hibiscus lemonade and it was quite literally the worst thing i ever drank. it tastes like bad medicine. then one of the children got a hot fudge sundae. they literally put no hot fudge on the sundae. they brought out items out one item at a time, and each time they tried to take our number from us like we were trying to steal the little table number thing, and i kept having to tell them we were still waiting for more food. overall they were really hostile and rude to us, and out of so many menu items. the only reason they're getting two stars is because the establishment was super clean and they moved through their line very fast!

My trusty Yelp app came in good once again by finding dessert places and we decided to try out Joe Sundae's. While a little bit off the beaten path from Cedar Point traffic or even the downtown section of Sandusky, Joe Sundae's is an affordable little restaurant that the locals go to. They have a decent selection of locally produced Toft's ice cream, in which you can order a few different scoops of ice cream, make into sundaes or however you like it. They also have a selection of other drinks and food, but an old ice cream parlor seems to be their bread and butter. Service was prompt and friendly as well. Definitely a place folks in Sandusky or visiting Sandusky should give a try.
