As we were waiting in line and it not moving we made our 2nd mistake by not leaving. Which I don't believe at all because if that was true how would the two cars in front of us (who were still waiting for food & to pay) pay for their food if system was down. Also, her attitude was horrible & rude. I wish I would have read the reviews before stopping as the most recent ones have had awful experiences as well. I strongly recommend not going to this DQ, let them go out of business! We ended up going to McDonald's (wish we had to being with) and they were extremely friendly, quick, & from pulling in, ordering, paying, & getting our items it took less than 5 minutes.
