    Receipt.

My cousin and I were excited to try the Pickle, but ultimately decided to not come back again. We were told we could seat ourselves anywhere and to scan the QR code to order. We sat outside on the patio, every other guest was greeted, interacted with, and served with silverware etc. (even guests who came 30 minutes after). We ordered the black bean burger which automatically comes with avocado-- and the smash burger which we added lettuce and tomato. Both burgers were missing those toppings, no big deal we walked in and asked for it on the side as replacement. The cook was incredibly rude and insisted we did not have it on the ticket even though it was clearly on my receipt. Alongside a snarky comment from the bartender about making sure a topping was actually ordered that automatically comes anyway. To put this further in perspective, we were the only POC in the vicinity-- so it was pretty clear that the staff creates a very prejudice environment. The food was decent, it was very disappointing to experience all the extras.

Ambiance was dark- like a bar-type of atmosphere- which didn't matter because it was an overcast day in Ohio. It was also more of a sports var as there were lots of TV screens. I ordered a chicken caprese sandwich after being assured by my server that it was one of her favorites. It came with delicious French Fries. The sandwich was good but not amazing. For my taste, the chicken was a bit overcooked, but better than undercooked. The fries were delicious, even though I only ate a few. Before I went to college, I worked in a nice seafood restaurant and our nightly task was to make sure ketchup containers were full. Therefore, I noticed that my container of ketchup was down to the last few squirts. Never a good thing/sound! Overall, not a bad place to eat, but nothing worth going out of your way to try, imo. I see that others gave it better reviews, so this is my experience, Pictures below...

TL;DR Excellent neighborhood bar with better than average food…read more This place is comfortable and friendly, but this is definitely a working man's neighborhood bar...just a little rough around the edges. The decor is all over the place! FOOD: I was impressed by the menu. I have never seen Flaming Saganaki on the menu at a neighborhood bar before! GTSB&G has a bit of a Greek flavor. On the menu, you'll find Greek chicken parm, a legit Greek salad, gyro, and chicken gyro, and Saganaki! I did not ask to see if they have OUZO! I didn't have any of the Greek food, but I will say that the GT burger (hold the bacon, add some mayo) was fantastic. 1/2 pound of tasty beef cooked to a perfect medium well. The toppings were fresh and high-quality. Even the French fries, although a little soggy, were delicious. I didn't drink, but it seems as though there is a pretty average selection of draft beer, maybe above average for the type of bar that this is. SERVICE: The service was pretty good. My food came out pretty quickly and the bar maid was very friendly. As the place started to fill up more, I noticed that she was doing a good job at keeping up with all the orders. So far, so good. 4 stars for now. I will be back to try some the other food. If it compares favorably to the burger, good times we will get another star!

The place where I was meeting friends was actually another side of the building called Hannon's Garage. Once I got to the very small table, I looked at the menu and saw the drink menu was very small. Me and my friend decided to order a watermellon drink, something different. The waitress seem to be scrambling and forgot us for awhile. Then finally brought our drinks. I took one sip and almost choked on a watermelon seed. The drink had fresh watermelon (puree), which i didnt like and a bunch of mint! It taste horrible, like watermelon water! Then I ordered a crab cake, and when that finally came, it looked amazing! I took one bite out of it and fell in love, then tried to share with the table and immediately noticed a long black hair sticking out of the meat of my crab cake! I could not believe this! I was very upset and just let down because it was sooo good. Then the silverware didnt match in the napkins, my friend got two drinks, waitress opened the wrong flavor of drink and gave both to him, After all the mishaps, I don't think Ill be back at this place again. Nice wait staff though.

Melissa is an absolute rockstar of a manager. She keeps everything running smoothly while still making the place feel fun and welcoming. She also makes the best cocktails and shots every single time. No gimmicks, just solid bar food that hits the spot. The whole vibe feels like a party from the early 2000s in your best friend's garage or barn good drinks, good people, and fun virtual games. It's way more relaxed and fun than a boring bowling alley. This is a true down to earth hangout where you can actually enjoy yourself without all the chaos or pretense. The bar area was really cool with a large garage door to open in the warner months, 3 different slushy machines (non-alcohol option as well), a claw machine and cold beer on tap. Great spot for a bar and fun activities to do inside.

We came in this bar and there is literally no one in this bar except us. Now I do remember they have a patio around the back with cornhole but getting drinks in plastic cups on a Sunday afternoon it's not my idea of a good time. Maybe when I was in college but this is not a college bar or is it? The drink prices are more reasonable for downtown and I got a cup of wine in plastic of course for like four or five bucks but no way I'll come here and drink beer on a 90° day in plastic cups. There's no food here and no food trucks on sunday. Just a suggestion to them. It might be a good idea to get a food truck down here and maybe you'll have some customers. The bartender that was there was friendly and the selection was not very good but considering that just went along with the atmosphere.

The…read morecourts themselves are nice, and there's plenty of parking, which makes coming and going easy. I also appreciate the way level play is organized; it's clear a lot of thought has gone into the logistics. That said, as the facility has grown, it's lost some of the welcoming, community vibe that made the old spot special. It feels a lot more impersonal now, and that's a real loss for those of us who valued that sense of connection. A few areas could use some attention: Courts: While the new surface is much more forgiving on the body, there's a quirky issue with little strings popping up through the courts. We've started calling it the "Wolverine bounce" because the ball can take some pretty unpredictable hops when it hits those spots. It's not a dealbreaker, but it does make play less consistent than you'd expect from such a nice facility. Bathrooms: It's surprising (and honestly frustrating) that there are no paper towels - just hand dryers. Not only are they loud, but after playing (especially in summer), I really need something more than a blast of air to freshen up. For a facility at this price point, paper towels seem like a basic amenity. Staff & Customer Service: Staff interactions are hit or miss. I've had a few experiences where the front desk didn't seem knowledgeable about round robin play or how to resolve issues with the beer wall wristbands (which, by the way, often don't work correctly). Friendly greetings and a little more attentiveness would go a long way, especially given the cost. Beer Wall: The self-serve beer wall is a cool idea, but it doesn't always deliver. If your drink is flat or mostly foam, there's not much recourse - and prices are on par with full-service bars. It's a bit disappointing to pay premium prices for a DIY experience that doesn't always meet expectations. Communication: There's room for improvement when it comes to keeping members informed, especially about fee increases or incidents like theft in the parking lot. Updates sometimes get buried in the app, and I'd appreciate more transparency and direct communication. Management: A little more warmth and professionalism would really help set a positive tone for the whole facility. Overall, the facility itself is great, and the organized play is some of the best in the area. But for me, the lack of personal touch and some ongoing service issues make it hard to justify the premium price.
