I called Callidus back and spoke to the receptionist Kyla. She was apologetic and said they'd send someone back out. However about 30 minutes later Kyla calls back asking me to text her video "proof" that the fan was wobbly. I send the video, and then get a text back saying the tech's videos showed the fan was fine. I respond that I don't need a video, I can see that the fan wobbly with my own eyes. I call back and speak to the owner Taylor. He was rude and combative. He repeatedly cut me off and was condescending. So not only did Caldillus screw up the job, they treated me as though I was lying and wanted me to send "proof", and then basically told me I can't believe my own eyes because their tech says the fan was fine. Extremely unprofessional behavior from this company. I recommend spending your hard earned money on a company who knows how to treat customers well.

He showed up on time and checked out my concerns with circuit breaker connected with my home AC in the main fuse box. He saw no issues and didn't even charge me! So grateful to find an electrician that is honest and too generous. Definitely will use him and refer him to everyone that needs an electrician. I do believe the issue of my circuit breaker tripping was the thermostats that NV Energy installed to reduce peak use in the area. NV Energy would raise my house temperature to 85 degrees then try to cool it back down to 78 degrees during this last heat wave of 115 degrees causing my AC to run excessively long and trip my breaker. I don't recommend NV Energy's thermostats and control over them.

Kevin was able to come out quickly, and I appreciated that. I had a circuit that included some…read morelight fixtures, 2 GFI outlets and a few regular outlets that were out. He came and investigated - granted, the wiring in my house is a bit tangled, but Kevin started opening up all the outlets/light switches - one of the GFI outlets clearly had a black wire that was disconnected - and gave me the diagnosis that I had a "lost neutral." As he explained to me, a Lost Neutral is an enormous problem and apparently requires an electrician team to fix. So in other words, he wouldn't be able to fix the issue today, and I would have to call a huge team over. Then, as he was putting all the outlets back, he reconnected one of the GFI outlets and everything started working. I asked him, what did you do? He joked "Magic." I said "are you sure it isn't because you reconnected that disconnected black wire on the GFI outlet?" He said "No, I don't know, I think I fixed it when I was tweaking with one of the other outlets." I wasn't happy about this answer, because why would you scare me for 1.5 hours with a diagnosis of a "lost neutral" when my actual problem was clearly a GFI outlet disconnection? He charged me $200, which isn't unreasonable if the issue was actually resolved. But right after he left, the power went out on the circuit again. At the time, I was stressed, so I asked Kevin to come back, but he said he could only come back the next morning. So my friend came by and I told him the story. After hearing the story, my friend who's not even an electrician, but knows how to install light fixtures, suggested, "What if we just replaced the GFI outlet?" So we went to Lowes, bought a new outlet for $20, came back, replaced it, and voila - everything was working, and has been for the past 2 days since Kevin left. So a "lost neutral" diagnosis turned out to be a bit of an exaggeration, and while I appreciate Kevin's clearly helpful intention, and the fact that he didn't try to upsell me on some kind of big house project, I was slightly incredulous by the fact that the resolution turned out to be a simple GFI outlet replacement, rather than a grandiose "Lost Neutral" disaster. The fact that my unlicensed friend was able to suggest a fix that ended up proving Kevin's lost neutral theory incorrect, I'm not 100% happy with this experience. Still I'll give 4 stars for effort, honest intentions, and doing the diagnostic that eventually led us to a result, but definitely deducting a star for the cost and not finding the correct fix.

I explained my two switch issues to Kevin on the phone and he immediately knew how to fix it. He asked questions about the configuration so he could come prepared. Kevin was able to come out at a time that was convenient for me and soon after my initial call. He was on time and even texted ahead to let me know he was on his way. The two issues I had been dealing with for awhile are now fixed. I wish I had called him sooner. I love that the two times I've had Kevin come out for repair that he just fixes the issue without trying to turn it into a costly or unnecessary repair. I so appreciate that I can trust him to make an appropriate and reliable fix. I highly recommend O'Connor Electric and he is my go to if I should need electrical work again.

I had called Fixel on a Saturday afternoon. The team member I spoke to had informed me that the earliest they could arrive on-site was Monday between 11:00 - 2:00. We had scheduled for an appointment at that time. On Monday, the electrician was slightly behind due to other reservations taking longer than expected. Even though the arrival window was between 11:00 - 2:00, the electrician showed up at around 3:45. He kept in contact with me every hour though even though he was running behind! The electrician came out and replaced the one outlet with no issues! The service was great! We would use Fixel Electric and Lighting again!
