Wow this guy was super rude. Not sure who he thinks he is. Asked him to come out would have been willing to pay a service fee and he told me no to just send him pictures. No need to "Venture" far or into the unknown for your electrical needs...call Brad! My neighbor referred me to Brad For our Tesla Wall Charger installation and we couldn't be happier! Brad was very responsive and answered all of our questions about what to expect and how everything would work. He was also very flexible with his schedule to get us on the books at a time that worked best for us. On the day of our install, Brad was once again very communicative and sent us updates as to how his day was going, and when he would be at our house. Once he showed up, he explained the whole process and everything that he would be doing and go straight to work. It didn't take long at all and we had a brand new Tesla wall charger hanging inside our garage. Brad made sure to explain how everything worked and also connected our unit to our home Wi-Fi. He also took care of all registration and warranty requirements and made sure we had all of the numbers we needed just incase. While the wall charger comes with a four year warranty, Brad offers his own one year warranty, but also explains that if anything goes wrong to just call him and he will help coordinate and make sure we are taken care of. Venture Electric did two jobs for us. The first one was the installation of new recessed ceiling lights, and the second was a Tesla charger. They have very competitive pricing and show a very professional approach from the first meeting until the final delivery. I have installed 3 other EV connectors with two well-rated and notorious large contractors, and I wish I knew Venture Electric before... It would have cost me less and would have been done faster.
