We usually had a friend either stop in or stay at our house, prior to discovering AuPurr. Our would continue to dismiss us for several days after we returned home, UNTIL Allison and Jenna from AuPurr began taking care of them. Now, when we return from our trip, they almost seem disappointed to see us, because they get so much love and attention while we are away! They also make sure and take in the mail, newspapers and packages, which is above and beyond their call of duty! My friends now use them and we all could not be happier!!

I have boarded my dog here several times with good service, often have them give him a bath on the…read moreday I pick him up, and the staff always seems very friendly. Last week I had to go out of town and left him with them on Friday. On Saturday I received a voice mail that he had a possibly serious medical condition. Upon calling the number that called me (not the office number), it turned out to be the manager of DSW heading in herself to see about the situation. After she arrived, she called me back, we discussed how he was and what could be done. She recommended taking him to the vet and offered to drive him out to my vet. I live a good distance away and despite her kind offer, we agreed he should go to a local vet instead. She took him there, spoke with me while he was there for his examination, worked with the doctor on my behalf, and a couple of hours later, took him back to DSW. I can't thank the staff enough for their care of my dog, for noticing an issue and taking action to ensure he received treatment while I was away. Because of the distance from my house, I had considered looking for another boarding facility closer to home, but after the FANTASTIC service and attention paid by them to my dog while I was away, I can't imagine going anywhere else! Thank you DSW !!!
