Good spot for a drink and treat! The burger was medium rare and my 10 year old ate it! Cooked to perfection and tasty, does come with the fixins (grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese) The staff here is nice and helpful! Will come back soon! Great customer service TOM N TOMS...

First time here...ordered the Caramel Macchiato which had great flavor! Had the Ham, egg & cheese croissant (ham was burnt on ends from microwave) flavor was "meh". Bacon, egg & cheese sandwich was good (he likes his eggs runny) and the tots were ok but the ranch or sauce on them gave them a "funky" taste. Great service and nice clean dining area!

Visit here after lunch date at the Mexican restaurant on the opposite side of the sidewalk. Friendly customer service. Very clean and quiet inside. I tried the seasonal eggnog latte drink on ice. Which was great for $3 Military discount was half off which is sweet! I'll try again whenever I'm near here.

This was my first time trying their egg box and wow it was sooo good! They load it up with avocado, which I loved, and the tots were absolutely delicious. The coffee was great too, and the staff was super friendly. The location is perfect, and it has such a nice vibe that I can definitely see myself coming back, even just for a work-from-home day to switch up the scenery. Highly recommend!

Located in a new plaza, it's at the corner of the plaza strip so they have a drive-through. Plenty of parking available. Inside is pretty spacious, lots of table to sit at. Chill ambience, good for doing work or studying. Their menu has expanded since their grand opening. They have a variety of baked goods from mochi donuts, croissants, and cookies etc. Also hot sandwiches to order. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I don't have to wait long for my order. It's great to see Tom n Tom open in the neighborhood.

Super expensive for a drink made wrong

Been waiting to check this location out and was very disappointed. While running errands, decided to drop in for a quick drink. Didn't want coffee as it was the already 6pm, so I ordered a grande iced super grain latte (misugaru). As I told the staff my order, he replied "super grain latte?" At first, I thought he couldn't hear me. So I repeated myself louder, "iced super grain latte, in the non-coffee section". He starred at the menu confused and then rang me up. I was skeptical at that point but then another staff member walked over so I figured they would help each other out. 20 minutes later, I'm still waiting for my drink. Mind you, there were no other customers since I walked in. So they were working on my drink. I decided to walk over to cancel my order since they are having difficult time. That was when my drink was "done" and he handed me the cup with no straw. There was no ice in my "iced latte" and it wasn't even a full cup. When asked, he is like "oh... yes the ice. Would you like ice?" I questioned him..."does the iced drink come with ice...?" He just starred at me clueless. At this point I just thanked him, took my drink and left. I could've made this drink at home with instant powder in 2 minutes. Unprofessional on many levels. Staff should've informed me if did not know how to make the drink, but also should've been trained on items on menu. On top of the long wait time, didn't make drink correctly, no ice, no straw.

Spicy Korean BBQ Patty Melt | Bacon & Cheese Egg Sandwich

I went here on a Thursday around noon time. It was decently busy inside. Service was fine. We received our drinks pretty fast, and our food about 10 minutes later. The interior was very cute and modern with plenty of tables, booths, and even a separate conference room. There is also wifi and outlets by the booths if you wanted to get some work or studying done. Just a heads up, it is pretty loud inside though. The atmosphere is very different from the Tom N Toms in Bellaire, which is very quiet with everyone focusing on their work. We ordered: - Bacon & cheese egg sandwich - Spicy Korean BBQ patty melt - Golden egg tots - Matcha green tea tomnccino - Pandan Latte - Mochi Donuts (Fruity pebbles, chocolate, sugar, and strawberry?) So I was really looking forward to the Egg Box egg sandwiches, but they were disappointing. The bacon & cheese egg sandwich was pretty bland. There was a little bit of sauce on the top, but it needed more throughout the sandwich as well. The bacon was also very soggy, and I prefer mine crispy. The spicy korean bbq patty melt was not spicy whatsoever. I didn't see what was "korean bbq" about it either. It just tasted like a regular patty, and was very thin and dry as well. The golden egg tots were the best thing that we tried. The tots were crispy, the eggs were fluffy, and the sauce was nice. They did forget the eggs somehow when they first brought it out though, but they quickly fixed it for us when we brought it back. I did not enjoy the drinks that we ordered. For the pandan latte... was the pandan in the room with us? Because I'm still looking for it. This literally just tasted like bitter milk. The matcha green tea tomnccino also just tasted like milk. The mochi donuts were a let down as well. They were all very hard, besides the chocolate one which was decent.

Ok so your coffee isn't good at all!!! Even if it's a franchise, all of them should carry the same menu and the same quality! I usually go to the one in Chinatown and let me tell you that coffee is strong and at this location is a disappointment!!! Bland and just watered down. Nice cute place but I was here for coffee and it was just not IT!! I came to work and had to use the keurig to add some flavor with one of the pots I found THANK GOD!! I FOUND COFFEE WHERE IM WORKING AT!!! Sucks because I paid for it and now I'm having to fix it to be able to drink it!! The box sandwich looked good on social media but mine was extremely wet, egg was so wet that made a mess and it wasn't worth my trip to that location! I am sticking to the one in China town!! Service was good from Daniel, very welcoming and friendly and let me tell you he has great customer service despite if the attitude he was getting from his coworker who I was told is Doragi, not quite sure if I spelled it correctly. She just had a tone in her voice of being bothered, I just got a horrible vibe from her the time I had to wait for my coffee. Don't work in a place with people if you can't even talk to your coworkers in a polite and friendly manner.

It's a well lit and clean coffee shop with lots a space and a drive through. This is such a convenience about this place in being able to get some fresh made coffee and espresso as well as some made to order hot foods and some pastries available in a cabinet. The pastries are mochi donuts and croissant in a few different t flavors. Not sure how fresh they are as we got 2 different mochi donuts and one was just plain bad, hard as rock. The other was just edible, they were both disappointing though. The sandwich that I ordered was honestly fantastic. The croissant was just right and as you can see from the picture the thing was stuffed full. Flavors were great, very breakfasty. Coffee is done at the walk up counter and had a few unique flavors that leaned into the Asian influence of the rest of the menu. I went with the Pandan latte and was fine with the quality but the flavor didn't quite resemble much of anything. Some hits and misses all over, but I'm interested in giving another visit

We love a new coffee shop! Very cute interior decor with plenty of seating, a private room that could seat 8 people and even a drive-thru! Ordered the Pandan Iced Latte and it was very light. Will come back for the horchata latte. For food, I got the Avocado Egg Sandwich (great buttery bread with runny scrambled eggs, fresh avocado and some type of spicy sweet mayo sauce) and then KBBQ Patty Melt (not as flavorful, but still good). They also sell a variety of pastries like strawberry cream croissant, almond croissant, chocolate croissant and mochi donuts. In addition, they have some cake options to purchase as well like tiramisu cake, chocolate cake and a strawberry cream cake. Can't wait to come back to try the other sandwiches and Bingsu!

I am so happy a new coffee shop is open in Spring Branch area, especially Tom n Tom - one of my favorite coffee chains. What I like about this location is that the place is very spacious with a lot of seating and outlets. There's also a separate meeting room is which is pretty cool. One down side I have to say about this place is that it's really hard to use a computer mouse on the tables if you're coming here to study/work. The drinks taste different from the other 2 Tom n Tom locations I've had in Houston, and they taste alright. Instead of the Tom n Tom food, they have a different bakery and egg box. I got an egg box sandwich and it's pretty good.

A new location just opened up in the Spring Branch area and it is lovely inside! This one is a little different than the Bellaire location as this one has a bakery with delicious treats such as croissants, mochinuts, deli sandwiches, and even whole 8-inch cakes. I'm also surprised they also offer bingsu! They have good coffee and matcha options and spacious interior with multiple tables and booths and even a conference room. I love the natural light that comes in and floods the space. The workers are always so sweet and bring your drink out to you and can warm up your croissant while you wait. This is now my favorite spot to go to to study. Definitely come and check out this new coffee shop and try out a pastry too.

There service could be a bit quicker. I got there at 7:13am and it took them over 15 minutes for my coffee and egg sandwich. The food is delicious I just wish it was a bit quicker to be able to get to work on tome

The best black sesame latte in Houston…read more I'm always looking for black sesame flavored drinks ever since I tried it in Seattle, so I was excited that TwoTone had it. The nuttiness of the sesame goes SOOO well with the espresso taste and it's a good creaminess too. I also like the texture of the bits of sesame seeds in the drink. The aesthetic of the cafe is modern with street-style flairs, it's a really cool space. I also love that there are Filipino flavors on the menu like ube and pandan. Most workers are super nice and say your name like they know you. They're also super attentive to ensure that everything with your order is perfect. Jonah was very welcoming and helpful, making sure we got a menu while in line! The weekdays seem to be better for wait-time, with little to no wait. The weekends however are packed and usually have lines. If you're not a line person, I would definitely come on a weekday. TwoTone is probably the best specialty coffee you can get in Houston, especially in terms of Asian flavors and creaminess. If it was closer to inner Houston, I would probably come here everyday.

My first visit was a 1star but I gave it a second try because a friend asked me to…read more I was told that this was an amazing new coffee shop and just happened to be on my route to work. It's off the feeder road of I-10 and in an inconspicuous place. It's a retail space and at first glance it looks empty and kind of shady granted, I was there around 7 AM. It may be busier and more lively later in the day or on weekends. In any case I pulled up and I saw their sign, but I was kind of concerned that it was closed because you couldn't see through the windows and again the parking lot just looked empty . I went to the door and went in. It's a very minimalist space and the decor of cold concrete floors matched the attitude and personalities of the people working that day. I was never graded, and there were a couple people sitting, waiting for coffees... There was no menu to be seen at first glance but I have a very simple order that I had in my mind because I like espresso and not sweet sugary drinks. I walked up to the register and there was a young girl who just looked at me like I was bothering her her by being in front of her. She never smiled, and she just waited for me to order. I told her good morning and she replied "Morning"...barely opened her mouth, not welcoming (or sincerity) and no smile. My order was simple.: three shots of espresso, 2 ounces of half-and-half and caramel drizzle mixed in the espresso. She looked at me weird and said ...so you want a latte? I said no not at all because I only want 2 ounces of half-and-half. I don't want all the milk of a latte. She didn't look down at the computer and kind of looked behind at a barista, and then looked back at the computer and said we do our shots in doubles .... Meaning she wouldn't give me only three shots I had to buy four. I thought that was interesting since other local shops indulge me without an issue, but I agreed to four shots. She asked me if that was it and I said yes..... I was very surprised but paid over $10 for my order of one drink! I paid because honestly, I was already ready to get out. I paid and I waited about 15 minutes for my coffee, even though there was only one person waiting for their coffee before me. I got my drink and left before tasting it. It was awful. The pull was not done well and the coffee tasted almost sour. Ugh. I was so disappointed. The very next day, my coworker said give it another try maybe it was just an off day . She also said she'd buy my coffee to make up for it so I couldn't turn that down This time I went a little bit later there was about three people in line before me. They had a lot more staff working probably about five people in total versus three the previous day. There was a different girl to front who took my order and was the total opposite of the lady the day before; bright eyed, kind and very welcoming. My coffee was still over $10 and this time it took me 35 minutes to get my coffee. I don't know if they had DoorDash orders or what, but I couldn't understand why there was a lot more workers and it took double the time to get my coffee. Once I got my coffee, it did taste better than my first visit, but still had a little bit of sour taste... Not as much as before though. Even if it ended up tasting better, I could not validate paying $10 for my coffee and waiting up to 35 minutes for it.. Especially when I can go to any of my other local coffee shops that I normally frequent for a less than $5 coffee (that only has three shots that I want) and the great service and flavor is always consistent. I never want to see any business fail. So I hope that the owners will discuss the importance of consistency in making their product, as well as being hospitable. There are so many coffee shops in Houston that one could choose from.
