I had never received PT but thankfully i found Dr. Ngo to help me with my pain that wouldn't go away after weeks. He was able to help diagnose the root cause of my pain and gave a great explanation of the linkage between the mind and body. He went above and beyond to even analyze my running technique and helped me improve it. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the sports medicine field. I felt like he treated me like a friend for each of our sessions. He has many different tools in his office that can be tailored for many different sports and information about the body. I thought it was great because he created a plan to get me back to running and stressed the importance of stretching exercises. I really appreciate the holistic healing approach even more. He also used his hands to sense inflammation and areas that were not normal. This is my gold standard for any type of PT. I was waiting to write this review but my recent experience over the phone just pushed it over the edge. The front desk staff makes me feel like I am bothering them. Even checking in- come on it's part of your job!! Looking at previous reviews it seems like it has been an ongoing issue. I was overcharged on my first 2 appointments and ended up with a large credit. I was notified the therapist I was working with was leaving and the only other therapist that has experience with my issue does not have availability for a few weeks. So I wanted my credit back as a check- it showed on my insurance application that the claim was processed so I called in. I spoke to Jaden and she said that it was not sent back to them yet so they would call me back when it did. I confirmed with them that they would call me back and she said she wouldn't just leave me hanging.. Then I said thank you, bye and she proceeded to just hang up without any bye or anything. I don't know why every front desk employee seems like they are miserable working there- not sure if it is management or just all of their bad attitudes every time. Won't be returning. Please retrain the front desk!! Makes me feel uncomfortable interacting with them.

I called 22 hours in advance to explain a total emergency that made it impossible for me to attend, but they didn't care at all. I even spoke with management, and their attitude was horrendous. They showed zero empathy for my situation--it's clear they care more about collecting a fee than they do about their patients. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values people over money.

i use to see dr iseke for chiropractic whenever i had pain in my neck from working on the computer…read moreall the time. one day, i came and the office was closed i thought he shut down his practice. starting 2 and a half months ago, i have been waking up with a lot of pain and tightness in my neck. i been going to another chiropractor about every 2-3 days and the pain and tightness didn't get better for more than 6 hours only to hurt again the next morning. i decided to search for dr iseke again and was surprised his office was still open. same location and everything. i must've came on a day they were closed 2 years ago. i made an appointment and and another one the following week. it's been 1 day since that second visit and the pain has improved by 90%. will go back a few more times to make sure i'm back at 100%. definitely recommend him!

He did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with the quality of his care. Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by the office staff. The receptionist, in particular, was unprofessional and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I found the staff to be impatient and lacking the level of courtesy and customer service that patients deserve. In any medical practice, you spend only a fraction of your time with the doctor and much more with the office staff. While I have no complaints about the doctor's work, I was not willing to continue subjecting myself to the way I was treated by his employees. I sincerely hope, for the doctor's sake and for future patients, that the staff receives additional training in professionalism, communication, and respectful customer service.
