My "delivered" order that you can clearly tell was taken in the back seat of the car.

I'm not one to leave reviewed but I will never order my groceries from this location again, this is so frustrating. Do not offer a service if you can't make it right if something goes wrong. This is now the 2nd time I've had issues with my grocery delivery. Today I ordered groceries to be delivered and paid an extra $5.95 to have them delivered between 3-5 pm. I watched my driver in a red car take a picture of my groceries in his trunk and then he drove off with them while I tried to wave him down. I called Tom Thumb and their original solution was for me to call Uber and figure it out. Uber was never involved, I received any and all notifications through Tom Thumb. Not one mention of Uber eats during my ordering process. I proceeded to tell the employee this is not my fault and I'd appreciate the situation resolved and the solution was he could talk to his manager and see if they can get it delivered to me in 2-3 hours it's now 4:30 meaning I'm now waiting for my grocery order i paid extra for for 5+ hours in total and will now not have my groceries for my dinner I planned ahead for. Tom Thumb on hulen does not seem eager to help me resolve this issue. This is really disappointing

* BEST FLORAL SOURCE * We love this Tom Thumb for its Floral Department. So many options year-round for bringing joy to your home or others. Arrangements in containers (flowers or plants) are available for quick pickup from the shelves, OR wrapped bunches & vases can be purchased to arrange yourself. Oh, AND balloons are pre-inflated or can be inflated. BONUS: The staff are SUPER nice & create the beautiful arrangements. Definitely a MUST SHOP

I very much enjoy this store. Tom Thumb is my ch classier and a few levels up from Kroger, HEB or Albertsons. Prices are comparable with the other stores yet the store is bigger, the selection is better and the quality is great. This store is not close to my residence so I don't shop here often. I do come here for specific items that I'm sure to find here or if I want to cook a special meal and want really nice ingredients. Personally I enjoy the setup of the store which I find appealing and convenient, abundant and easy to navigate. Just like most stores, here too, you can use your "frequent shopper " card for store discounts which at the end of the day adds up to great savings. This time I went in for a quick grab and go of a few specific items but I promise that next time I'll add more pictures to show it better. Definitely recommend and will continue to use in the future.

Less than 24 hours after buying.

The young lady stated they were having a grand-reopening. The store was organized and completely full by 6:30 am. Many items were on sale. I had the chance to purchased items that normally aren't available until 11am. 4 stars is due to the employee that made an announcement for staff and customers to move their cars. In the last 6 months however, it has gone so downhill that I won't go back. They no longer have cashiers to check you out, everything is self checkout. The young people working there are put out by having to constantly come scan their cards to allow shoppers to proceed checking out because the machines are always glitching out or shutting down. The store is dirty and they don't carry plastic bags anymore. The paper bags they use don't have handles so coming up 4 flights of stairs to get them home is a fiasco. Everything has become cheap, dirty and robotic in an effort to cut costs and labor. It's unfortunate.

Ok, this is a mixed review and I will keep it short and sweet…read more.. The store has some of the better produce to be found in the area. Good selection and quality product. Their deli and cheese section is likewise very good. Overall, they probably have what you need in this grocery store. Prices aren't bad considering what you get. But man oh man is it not fun to shop here. It's always busy and crowded, but that's not the worst of it. The worst part is the army of curbside shopping people they have. These shoppers are pulling these huge carts, which they leave in the middle of the aisles while they go off in search of items for multiple orders. It's not like you can ask them to move, because half of the time, they aren't near that cart. They know where things are so they just "pop around the corner" to gab items while the cart sits blocking the aisles instead of the shopper wheeling it around. Honestly, with all of the curbside shoppers clogging the flow, it's just a heck of a lot less frustrating for me to go somewhere else. I had hoped the recent expansion would have eased this problem, but it hasn't.

I have been an exclusive Publix shopper for the last 40 years and today I had the worst experience…read moreever, from any store, Publix, Arlington, Jacksonville, FL. On my way to work I stopped in quickly to stock our community fridge with Seagram Ginger Ale, division of Coca Cola. Publix weekly ad listed Coca Cola products 2 for 2, 6 pack bottles, mini cans and 8 packs of 16oz. I have been purchasing this special almost weekly and it always shows up on my 'just for you' list when offered, as it did this morning when I checked the new weekly ad. I went into the store, rather hurried, went to the customer service register and as approaching mentioning how happy I was with Publix always having Seagrams Ginger ale in some kind of special. As the associate rings my purchase, she said 'you must be mistaken, Ginger ale is never on 2 for 2' I said, well it is marked and advertised as 2 for 2 ALL Coca Cola products. She said, 'Never on Ginger ale' and walked with me to the aisle, where the sale was clearly marked ALL Coca Cola products. I had just purchased this exact sale, 2 weeks ago. I left extremely angry, returned to the parking lot and googled Seagrams. They were purchased by Coca Cola in 2002. I went back into the store to witness the associate relaying our interaction to her manager, as she saw my reentering, approaching the manager, she picked up the Ginger Ale and walked it back to the soda aisle. The manager did confirm that I was correct and that Seagrams was indeed a division of Coca Cola and part of the advertised sale. The associate in question, still within ear shot of this interaction, continued to replace the items to the shelf, ignoring me and her manager. I know this is just about soda on sale, but the attitude and refusal to even refer to a manager or fellow associate, all within a few feet of this interaction, it the issue. The manager was extremely apologetic and offered to review the situation with the associate as a training opportunity, however, for me, the damage was done.
