One of the kitchens on their profile page had this huge island and it was everything I've ever wanted, but was repeatedly told I couldn't have. I decided to send off an email and once again hope that someone could help me. In the past several years I've had at least three contractors come to the house and each time leave basically telling me i was stuck with the kitchen I had. They would offer to update my cabinets but no one ever made any suggestions that would improve the kitchen. Not until I found these guys at Copper Creek. I was responded to within one day of sending my email and was so excited when they came out and shared a complete laundry list of ideas. The initial consultation took about two hours and when they left I was so excited because finally I'd found someone who thought they could help me. It was about three days after the initial consultation that my email sprang to life with professional drawings of what my new kitchen could look like. I was amazed at the detail of these drawings; and guess what? They had my island included. The island that everyone else said couldn't happen. The entire process of getting my dream kitchen to become a reality was about two months. They were professional at every stage. They showed up when they said they would and they communicated with us daily. The guys that worked in the house were so polite and respectful. Each morning I would get a text prior to their arrival and at the end of the day I would get a recap of the accomplishments of the day. Even with the holidays happening they managed to get the kitchen to where i was able to cook our first meal at Christmas. Everything in the kitchen came from Copper Creek. Even my new gas range. It was nice to deal with one company for everything. I want to thank Alex, Jonathan, Bryan, Jose, Karmen, Don and Sarah for making this a pleasant experience and for making this ole gal happy. He comes in and talks a good game, and then turns the project over to a completely unqualified contract that he leads you to believe is his PM. When confronted basically says tough luck. After researching him further than we had originally, we found he plays the game of give him your money, doesn't finish job and then vanishes in to thin air. He's been brought to court for this changes the company name and starts again. He even moved around the country, to Illinois and guess who strikes again with complaints and a company name that is now closed-wash-rinse-repeat. We started a project with Brendan Kurtz who is the owner of the local company Celina Concrete (now known as Chicago Decorative Flatwork) in Sept 2021. We agreed upon concrete patio extension with overlay as well as side yard work. It is now February 2022 and we are still left with a mess and out thousands of dollars. Brendan and his crew failed to get the overlay and new concrete to match multiple times over the course of 3 months. We were patient and understanding as he continued to move on to other projects and would stop by when he had a lull in schedule - all while asking for final payment multiple times. (Mind you, by this point we had already made 3 payments to him). By December, he even sang a sad song about how he would have to close his business after he completed our project and another. Brendan hired an outside company to come sandblast our patio in order to start fresh again with the staining and sealing. This is the last we have heard or seen of him. We are now left with an unfinished patio with ruined overlay, ruined sod that he claimed he would replace, and stuck trying to find another company that can fix his mess. Instead of "closing his business", Brendan has now changed his company's name to Chicago Decorative Flatwork and continues to post new projects. He has also failed to respond to our report with the Better Business Bureau. We have given him plenty of time to do right by us, but alas - he is choosing to look the other way. I hope this post helps someone steer clear of a company who has caused us so many issues.

We have a baby and the workers were all super conscientious of working near her and around her. Often given her smiles and laughs to make her feel comfortable. We needed a door removed and a wall reframed and an old oddly sized door replaced and reframed to fit a modern sized door. The work was excellent. I will definitely use Nimble Construction again.
