I've ordered here for years. This is located in the mall. However, this time I ordered the yellow curry chicken and it was watered down and disgusting. The owner, lady argued with me instead of replacing my meal or giving me a refund. She literally said she's not responsible for out taste buds. I've had this same dish before and it was never like this. I make curry all the time and it has a strong flavor and scent. It also stays, the curry she made was like water. The consistency wasn't right. I refused to eat it. I've never had a establishment take my money and refuse to replace my meal or make things right. She complained about how the meal will go to waste. Made a big scene. People were actually watching and defending me and disgusted she would really argue over rice chicken and potatoes and had no sense of customer service. After arguing about cost and wasting the food she finally said fine what else would you want. At that point I said nothing. I don't trust it anymore. You could do something to my food. Had you not flat out refused to accommodate me and replaced my meal without arguing then sure. I asked to just have my money back or at least half since she is so concerned about cost and wasting the meal. They gave me 7 bucks back not even the tip I gave. The meal was 17. Went in the trash. She told me to go give it to someone who will want it. My kids and I didn't get to eat and we were starving. Hadn't ate all day.

My friend and her boyfriend also ordered 2 pad thai plates with shrimp and were unimpressed. They didn't like theirs either and tossed it. They didn't want to go through trouble of exchange or return but who knew it would be such...

I've come here three times the first time the vegetable panang curry was amazing the rice was good, but the second time I went on a Sunday at 11 am the curry was watery and the rice was hard almost like they gave me leftovers which I...

didn't care cause even though the curry was watery it was seasoned well and good but I found pieces of beef on the white rice and chicken in the curry, I had to stop eating cause I'm vegetarian. The third time my sister wanted to try some and I specifically asked the lady for no meat at all in the curry and she asked if we ate egg and we told her no and she said there's no meat at all or egg but when we got it I checked and there was small pieces of chicken in the curry. Now the reason why I didn't flip out on her was because she was soo sweet and kind. so the service was amazing but the whole lying to customers about what's in the dish was just horrible.

Tom Yum Thai kitchen is a quick food outlet that is located in the food court inside the galleria mall in Henderson. Their digital menu consists of a few Thai options along with milk, slush, fruit teas and Boba drinks. Service is very friendly and efficient... Food comes out within minutes... I ordered the PadThai for $14.99 and a slushie (coconut with Boba). I rate the food 7/10 ( large portions) but noodles were too soft for me and not authentic enough- still good. Slushie was sweet and refreshing and dun with boba. Ambiance is open concept (food court) they do have a tv that plays kids shows- good for the kids.

I stopped there for lunch today. This is a husband and wife operation. Wife works the front, and the husband is in the kitchen. If you live in Henderson, like Thai Food, and want to support a Family Owned and Operated Business, I highly recommend this place. I had the yellow curry, on the menu it says Medium Spicy, but it was milder than expected, which was great for me! The lady working the counter was so sweet. I tried to order a Large soda, but they only have one size, she quickly said that they give free refills. When I went back for a refill, she thanked me for coming back. I'll definitely be back.

This is a pretty decent lunch stop at the mall, everything came out quickly, and the girls working the register were very sweet and helpful. The CHICKEN LUMPIA was pretty good! I also ordered the Panang curry and the Tom Yum Soup with shrimp. Both were good recipes, but overly salty. If it wasn't for the saltiness, these dishes would be great! The rice they give with these orders is HUGE which I appreciate.

Passing by and saw a pic of some lumpia displayed so instantly craved it. I was greeted by the sweetest lady at the register. Took a few mins for it to come out and it was worth the wait. 6 pieces of lumpia for $7. They are on the smaller side, but were delicious and filling. They were cooked to a crispy, hot and still fluffy perfection and the chili sauce was a must as well. I wish they included those tiny noodles inside of them that I've had in some lumpia but they were still amazing without it.

Boba in the Galleria Mall? Yes! Finally there is some quality boba to be had whilst shopping in the Galleria Mall. Tom Yum has a variety of boba options and plenty of Thai food items including roti! Since we were going to eat after shopping we opted to just get a boba. We chose the Thai tea with boba and the strawberry smoothie with boba. The boba had a good consistency and was not hard or overly chewy. I rate both drinks 4/5. There menu items exceptionally good for mall food. We will definitely be back to try a bite. They have a frequent drink buyers card with buy 6 get the 7th free. Interesting as most places its buy 10 get 1 free. They have one size drink for boba and smoothies. There are also some specials like Thai Sunset, Bangkok Night, Squirrels Dream with Nutella, Cooklies and Cream Oreo and Wimbeldon with strawberries and cream. You can opt for popping boba or regular.

This place is usually on point with there bobas but today I found a piece of wire in my drink

It was my first time trying this place. Very tasty and big servings! Definitely enough for two to share. I had the coconut drink with boba, and that was a favorite for my daughters.

I have been working at Galleria mall since 2007 . This is the best food and drink place I have ever had in the galleria mall . Spicy , fresh , tasty and delicious. Classy Thai food with reasonable price . I appreciate galleria mall to have kind of this food place . This is only Thai food place served with proper containers in the mall in Las Vegas and Henderson. Drinks are totally differently great and refreshing. Well ,seeing is believing . If you are ever hungry at Galleria Mall, go here. The Tokyo Beef tastes like a hug from your mom, the rice is always perfectly fluffy, and the boba is sweet and made with real fruit. Everyone that works here is super nice and makes you feel like you've known them forever. TL;DR: The best food ever. read more

Going to the mall, I wasn't expecting much. The food here is awesome. I had the yellow curry with the noodles. I couldn't eat it all in 1 sitting. I also had the lumpia which was good. They use Grubhub so I know what I'm ordering next time. The lady behind the counter was also extremely nice & helpful. Next time you're at the Galleria Mall, definitely order from Tom Yum Thai Kitchen & you won't be disappointed! read more

This place is amazing!! I really like the drinks. My husband, friend and I always come here and get the fruit blend drinks with boba. The pad thai is delicious!! Everyone here is so nice. The owner Jean is such a sweetheart We definitely recommend this place. It is located on the 2nd floor in the food court, right in between Hot Dog on a stick and Dairy Queen. :0) read more

Pleasantly Surprised. Pad thai was delicious but not overly heavy. I love thai food but find myself having to take a nap over the heavyness of the food due to the oil. Not so at tom yum. Both the ginger chicken and pork maintain an at home taste hard to find while dining out. The food is fresh and tasteful without being overbearing. I also appreciated the pad thai not being overly sweet. read more

I felt as if I was visiting my grandmas. Just walking by, the kind lady nearly filled me up on samples. The food was alright, the portions were HUGE. Me and my girlfriend shared a two entree and couldn't even finish it. My only complaint was the soda tasted very very bad as if they were out of the syrup for it (or something). Great food and the service is amazing! They have a lot of Boba Tea flavors and options and every drink I'd had there is delicious! Their selection of Thai food are the most common and is what most people are looking to eat for lunch. The price is great and affordable as well. My boyfriend is a fan of Asian-mall-cuisine, I normally just sidle by and make my way to subway which was exactly my intention today. But I was offered a sample of the Tom Yum soup, a shrimp based vegetable soup packing so much of a punch I decided to order it. I also sampled my boyfriend's lunch which was a chili basil chicken that had so much flavor I could've easily eaten his whole lunch. I'm not used to mall food being prepared with so much care and attention but I'm telling you: the two dishes we tried today were the epitome of Thai cuisine and for the price and decent serving size you can't go wrong to give this place a try. We've seen a lot of places come in and out of this particular spot in the Galleria Mall food court and I would like to see Tom Yum stay for good. read more

Not only was the food delicious but the staff was AMAZING!!! Not only did the young lady behind the counter let my friend, who had never had Thai food before, try just about every dish before ordering, but I left my phone at the counter and she actually tried to track me down in the mall to bring me the phone. My boyfriend called my cell phone and she answered and was already half way to the store we were in. Definitely going above and beyond on their customer service!!! read more

It's a truly hidden gem in Galleria at Sunset! We had a bowl of beef noodle soup, beef bowl and boba tea! I like their boba. It's just perfect texture and sweetness. Noodle was good and Must be very good in cold season. Beef bowl was good size and it was only $6.10. Pretty reasonable, right? We will come back! read more

I got some Taro tea boba from this place in the mall food court and it was great. The line was long and they still had excellent customer service. This was even on thanksgiving night/Black Friday when many of the other places in the mall were not open. read more

So glad this place is close by! If you want a quick Thai and boba fix without the wait and you also feel Panda Express is too salty for the day, try this place out! Had the pad thai and egg plant tofu. Flavors weren't overwhelming which I liked. Their boba was chewy and the drink wasn't too sweet. read more

What a surprise! I have passed up trying this place because in the past, every fast-food counter thai place was terrible. The gal offered me samples, and I'm so glad she did. As far as fast food Thai goes, this place is great and not too overpriced. Glad there's finally something decent to eat at the Galleria food court. read more

I gave 5 stars because they tried pretty hard to accommodate my dietary preferences. I asked for no animal products and no oil and although they had to think about it they did a great job. I had to wait 7 minutes for them to prepare it so no big deal. I didn't know a food court vendor would be so nice. Many thanks to these nice people. read more

So, I've been here 3-4 times and think I can give a honest review. This place is hit or miss. One day 5 stars the next 3. The curry is great one day...blah the next. Customer service varies...today there was no one at the counter...the first time I visited there was three people and they were outgoing and offering samples. Maybe that is why they are a mall location...I don't think they could make it in a strip mall. Overall...the food is good and worth trying. Solid food option at the mall for once. The quality is good ( Siam Beef is my favorite ). The bubble teas are amazing as well, I am picky with were I get my taro, but this place manages to get it right every time. The best part is, the staff are friendly and fast as well which is what I look for when i'm trying to run in and out of the mall. read more

I like the hues, the blues complementing the warm earth tones with dim yellow lighting fixtures. Ok, so the ambiance gets a 5/5. The food? This place is an order first then sit type of joint. I really and no idea what to get. Again the heat probably is restricting my appetite, but I went with a Chicken Penang, a Thai Hibiscus Lemonade and a Chicken Satay Appetizer. NGL, in regards to the chicken Satay, due to its overly dry and lack of moistureness, I think Alot of people will score better at a cheap Chinese buffet serving chicken skewers. 'because there's really no difference, I had one skewer and hesitated finishing the second. Maybe convert to chicken Thigh meat? Something with more fat built into it. The Penang gets a pass, but was nothing on the level of "I have to finish it right now," and probably because of the heat, I enjoyed the Hibiscus tea the most. For anyone that wants to experience really good chicken that maintains its moisture and just somehow ended up in Los Angeles, go check out Gravitea Food Truck in San Gabriel CA. And order their Taiwanese Fried Chicken. They use Chicken Breast by the way, but they're able to retain all the juice and moisture in the chicken. So where was I, loved the tea, ate the Penang, want to skip the Satay. Overall I'm giving this place a 4/5. Overall vibes, sounds, food presentation, and service is above average. Probably need to come at night some time in the future for the bar scene.

Even though it's a huge space, I recommend making reservations ahead of time. It might have a significant importance but I've had better Thai restaurants.

I had a horrible experience at this location and will never step a foot in this place again. The moment my friends and I walked in, the vibe was awful. We weren't even greeted. The service was super rude. The girl who took our order had black hair and wore glasses, and her attitude was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, she and two other employees (one tall with black hair, and another short girl with red hair and glasses) were literally laughing at us and seemed like they were making fun of my friends and me right in front of us. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The owner needs to see how these disrespectful employees are treating their customers. On top of the awful service, our food took forever to come out. When we finally got our drinks, they were a complete mess, spilled all over and sticky. My Penang Curry even had hair in it. We weren't even told to have a great day or any of that; they just all walked away as if they were holding their laughs in. While waiting, we noticed how dirty and unsanitary the whole entire area was. The lack of cleanliness with the miserable staff made this a nightmare visit. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually respect their customers. Never coming back. Recommend not coming here, and it is not even real Thai food. read more
