Their whiskey selection is quite extensive and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the whiskey they sell. Their cocktails are strong, too! He stopped by my section no less than 5 times in a ~3 hour period just to ensure we were having a good time. I just love the personal attention, because you come away feeling they legitimately care if I have a good time. They have a wall of whiskey, so if there's a bourbon you want, they'll probably have it. Slow Burn also has a legit cigar selection, and the owner mentioned it's growing. I called that out because apparently the place is less than a year old, but it operated like a well oiled machine. Nothing I sampled felt unreasonably priced.
