We have eaten here 3 times now and every time the food was fantastic, the chicken parm, the baked ziti, and even the spaghetti with garlic. The garlic knots are too die for. Jo-Jo is a great server even when the place is packed like it was tonight. We "fell" into Tomatoes after a long day of hard work, and needed a quick bite to eat. Our expectations weren't high as we have never experienced great pizza in this part of Florida. Boy were we pleasantly surprised, this place rivals the best that New York has to offer! The pizza was made extremely well, with great sauce, high quality cheese, and a wonderful flavorful crust. The eggplant parmesan sub was equally good, with well cooked breaded eggplant, the right amount of sauce and cheese. This place is a real winner! I called to order delivery for the first time & was told CASH only for delivery. I was surprised you couldn't make an exception. You couldn't punch in my card numbers!!!!! I live really close to this place so it is my go-to anytime I want pizza. We've gotten many different kinds of pizza as well as sandwiches from this place and it is always fantastic! I had someone go in Saturday evening to get a lg. Sausage pizza and 2 salads..this was after they picked up other food from different places, we were all going to eat out at the pool...well when we went to eat pizza it was as dry as cardboard...we were very disappointed with it, not the first time ordering there, usually pretty good..so needless to say with every one visiting, eating it was yo late to call so I waited till next day...they said nothing they can do about it..I had pizza in fridge for them...said should have called last night...well we were eating and visiting with out of town family..that's not a way to treat customers....don't think we will be going back... read more

We heard about this place from a few people and decided to try it for dinner. We had to wait for a table and were chatting with someone who was just leaving. Not only did she say everything was excellent but was surprised that we were locals and had never been there. Everything was really good. Garlic rolls were excellent. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. I had a taste for pizza, and didn't want the usual (3) restaurants that I visited in the past. I came across Tomatoes Pizzeria online, and decided to visit with my son. The atmosphere was nice, and friendly. I'm glad we planned on Take-out, because the restaurant was packed to capacity. There were no available seats. That was a good sign. We ordered (3) pizza's, and waited while our order was prepared and baked. The pizza was very delicious. I'll definitely order again. The girl taking the orders took my incorrect address AND phone number for delivery...so 2 hours later we sit hungry with no pizza... a wimpy apology was offered from the guy on the phone and "we don't really deliver up there....can you come pick it up?" I've been eating here regularly for years. They have fast and reliable delivery. The Stromboli and antipasto salads are to die for. I'm not a big fan of cheese, so I just ask for them to "light on the cheese" for the stromboli. Their subs are great as well. I prefer the meatball sub and italian subs the best. I've tried pizza in south Florida for many years. Last week after finishing a round of golf I stumbled on this pizza place. The staff was outstanding and were working their tales off. I was there during the lunch rush and the place was hopping busy. Their pizza was by far the best I ever had in south Florida. I ordered a second pizza pie to bring home to my family.
