We stayed in the newer section at the back of the park. The sites are all concrete which we prefer so we're not stepping into a mud puddle after a rainstorm. Lots of full-timers who work in the area but not many run-down rigs. Nice laundry. It has a dog park & showers but we didn't use either, we have no pets & our own shower. We use AT&T for cell & hotspot. We used our cell boost to get a stronger signal for internet usage. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. The manager lied about my RV spot that I moved into. They said the previous owner flooded it so they put some "gravel" down. Turns out all of the rain water flows through there and the sand they put didn't help at all. The previous owner also dumped raw shrimp on the lot so there was lyme and a fish smell for the first half of the stay, which also wasn't disclosed to me. I simply could have parked somewhere else. The invoices you receive have no break down on what you're paying. The manager seems to be over charging and trying to slip it by to see if you'll pay it. I didn't see or talk to the manager once after I moved in, not even on the move out. She takes a long time to respond, and I had to ask for the Wi-Fi password. The icing on the cake is she compromised my safety by giving one of the other residents my phone number over a civil dispute that could have been handled through her, as a manager. I am disgusted another woman would compromise anothers safety. You cannot trust the people in the park. There are a lot of unsettling men in the park. If you have children or are a young woman, beware. read more

I will be celebrating 2 years in the same spot at Tomball Rose Hill RV Park and just couldn't see myself anywhere else. Owners and manager are the best. They see to everyone's peace and safety here. The 4 new shower rooms are great for the tenants. Two fenced dog parks are beautifully maintained. Laundry and recreation room are welcoming and open 24 hours. I have some great neighbors that are still good ole country folk and willing to help with new campers coming in. Tailgate Grill is right across the road with the best homemade burgers and fries and special dinners on Wednesday and Fridays. Dollar General is in walking distance and the city of Tomball is just 6 miles east of us with WalMart, pharmacy's ,Kroger and HEB as well as several great restaurants and fast food diners. Schools are close with bus pick ups at the entrance of the park. This little park is home to me and my 2 little dogs. The owners said (a reasonable amount of plants are welcome) , I have almost 40 . They want us and all of you to feel at home here so come check it out. You won't be disappointed. read more

She complained because I had plants on my patio and a small grill, a propane tank, and one tub lined neatly beneath my camper---while she ignores garbage and plenty of other junky-looking stuff beneath everyone else's (please see photos). I lived there two years and I never heard another resident say one nice thing about Michelle, the owner. The feeling is obviously mutual. There are two old ladies who sit around outside and drink with the creep who moved in next door to me. I caught the creep lying about his military service and I rolled my eyes and laughed. He responded by trying to physically intimidate me and by launching into a pattern of verbal abuse any time I was around my other neighbors. I told Michelle's go-between about it and the only people Michelle even asked were the creep and his old lady wine club (including one of their friends who doesn't even live in the park but comes over, parks on the grass, and gets wasted on a full bottle of red wine before driving unsteadily away, almost daily). Of course, nobody is going to admit they engaged in abuse, so that little clique lied and said I was the problem because my politics are different than theirs---not that they would know, because I didn't bring it up in group settings. Michelle called me a liar and told me I had two weeks to move out. Mind you, two other neighbors have caught him lying about the same thing and other topics, but they were never asked by Michelle when she did her "investigation." They both know that I didn't do anything wrong and would have happily given a much different perspective, but Michelle didn't find their opinions worthy of asking. Not sure why? She then proceeded to lie to me, and promise she would furnish a list of other comparably-priced RV parks in the area, which of course she never did. She never returned my mother's calls about it, either. Just a nasty person who hates her renters, and it shows. As for the park itself: she FINALLY fixed the LED lights around 6 months ago, but it is still pitch black if you plan on pulling in at night. The roads are extremely narrow for hauling a camper and there are massive potholes. People have damaged their rigs trying to get in and out with her brick wall situation. Children run around unsupervised and may play on your patio while you are gone, the owner's relatives routinely let their large dogs roam. People constantly ignore her rule about dogs over 25 lbs. Abovementioned neighbor laughs about walking around at night with his shotgun, scaring other residents, because of one of those large dogs, which he claims jumped at his door while his little unspayed dog was in heat. A real redneck jubilee. Mailbox key deposit is $30!!! There are no public bathrooms and if you are at the front of the park near the main road, not only will your Wi-Fi be nonexistent, but you will be subjected to sirens screaming by at all hours of the night and day. The laundry room she just installed is nice enough, but $4 and $6 per washer and per dryer is just a symbol of how greedy the owner really is. And there have already been problems with one of the washers locking up, where I had to shut off the breaker to the whole building and turn it back on for my friend to be able to retrieve her laundry from the machine. If you're looking for a nightly or weekly rental, I guess it's nice enough, although you'll pay top dollar for the lack of amenities. If you're looking for a long term home, I would avoid this place like the plague. It just isn't worth your peace of mind to be treated like garbage when you pay on time every month, or getting called on the carpet for your patio while other people are storing all kinds of things, including leaving actual garbage, on their patios. You will notice when you check her Google reviews that Michelle is just as nasty and unprofessional when she replies to people who complain about her park and her attitude. She can't figure out why she gets one-stars from people who aren't the name listed on the rental agreement because she just doesn't have the ability to grasp that her renters have families and friends who are entitled to their own opinions about her and her method of doing business. When you're so rotten that people who weren't even on the rental contract go out of their way to leave you a bad review, most people might wonder if there could be something they're doing wrong, but not Michelle. She just gets ugly and claws and scraps back, because she honestly thinks she is perfect. And that's why she keeps getting those one-star reviews on Google. Here's her first one on Yelp.
