Their values are strongly connected to Family and the nearby BusBusinesses of Old Town Spring. The park is immensely clean, both by the landscape and the Park's Community Center. It's "Furbaby" (pet) Friendly and everyone who resides there is so polite to each other. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a great opportunity to travel without worries. You have to play Tetris to get to your RV because there's only 1 parking space per RV yet most have 2, or are "regional workers" with work trucks/vans with trailers lined up everywhere. It's supposed to be adults only, but it absolutely isn't. There's many Mexican families here with children, and multiple family households in a single RV. There is no one that lives or works onsite so good luck with issues. If you have a pulse and a check you're welcome. If you care about where you live then absolutely do NOT move there!

She apparently gets joy in talking down to people like they are scum of the earth because they live in an RV, but the funny part is that she lives in a tiny bumper pull, and we pulled in with a year old $100k fifth wheel. I think if she had to smile her face would break, or she just is a miserable person herself. She acts like she owns the park but she is only an employee, but they do have many vacancies because all of the long term tenants have left because of her attitude towards them. SO BEWARE AND FIND SOMEONE WHO APPRECIATES YOUR BUSINESS!!

It was truly like I was being bullied in high school.... I didn't even stay a month because it's a bunch of children that live there. It isn't cute or becoming to act that way, it's actually quite gross. They must pay for people to write nice reviews. The fridge was "community" but filled with old food and alcohol. If you're a raging alcoholic with child like behavior, by all means please go there. Also, to Suzie and Julie and all of you, before you point fingers make sure your hands are clean. A strange vehicle left a note, long story short they were trying to steal our identity. The RV park has installed a high tech camera system to catch license plates entering and leaving the park. It caught the car on camera with an excellent visual of the car, driver, and license plate. That was enough to send to the police. We love the all Adult and no animal park. I was at Lakeview for 4 1/2 years and Northlake for 3 1/2 years and even when the office was closed we could still get ice and enjoy the amenities of the rec center. Today, Easter was very disappointing to find the rec center was closed. Makes me wonder if all holidays are like this. Thank you for responding to my concerns. I have changed my rating to a 5 star because of your prompt response. I look forward to the next holiday when I can still enjoy the amenities.

We had issues with mail, propane, our door opening onto another site door space, late office opening and a different vibe altogether. One example...This morning we arrived at 815am for a propane fill. I had called the evening before to confirm it would be available because it wasn't before. I was told he would be open at 730am. At 815 he was sitting at his computer and needed to "finish his reports" before filling our motorhome because he had already done his fills. Asking him how long it would be he said "a little while". I asked if he meant 10 min or an hour and he said "45 minutes" and acted put out. We left to get our propane on our travels. We usually spend a month each year plus occasional weekends here. No more. Too bad.

They have all the amenities you need. Play ground for the kids, pool, dog park with poop stations, laundry mats, showers, lake for catch and release, food trucks, game nights, and most of all Gated.
