Many times, after I bought a much smaller house, I went back with a travel trailer I had purchased after selling my 43' motor home December of 2020. I would practice doing all the set up and take down before leaving to go to Texas Motor Speedway for my season ticket racing. I still have my season tickets, but the RV Park has filled up so much, I have not been back to set up and take down like I used to do. But, it is a great park and it is close to everything in Tomball and Cypress, Hwy 99. Anything from Woodlands to Katy it is pretty much a good location.

The Owner Ted was there for us through it all. It's a very quite park and every now and then you even get to see deer and rabbits! The neighbors are great and haven't had any issues with anyone there! The bathrooms are very nice and the showers are huge! He does have a laundry room that's kept very clean! It's location is very convenient! There's 2 Wal-Marts that are within about 20minutes as well as Target, HEB etc! I highly recommend this place even if it's for a weekened, week or longer! She is extremely rude and acts like you are a bother to her because she has to get out of chair to help anyone!! She apparently gets joy in talking down to people like they are scum of the earth because they live in an RV, but the funny part is that she lives in a tiny bumper pull, and we pulled in with a year old $100k fifth wheel. I think if she had to smile her face would break, or she just is a miserable person herself. She acts like she owns the park but she is only an employee, but they do have many vacancies because all of the long term tenants have left because of her attitude towards them. SO BEWARE AND FIND SOMEONE WHO APPRECIATES YOUR BUSINESS!!

I can't say whether or not a gun was pulled on you but after witnessing your husband be so violent to his own 15 year old, one could assume he is danger. "Disciplining" as you call it (others call it abuse) your child out side for everyone to see as he had his knee on his son's face while hitting him. I can't imagine that would be allowed at any park. The only voice that myself and the other residents ever heard was your husbands and let's be honest. He lacks composure and is extremely vulgar. Wow! Like you said wow! Their only wrong doing was not investigating more before letting you in. God bless your sweet children and you. As far as the trailer issue, I can't speak on as I know nothing. We are the ones with the only trailer in the park and we pay premium price to have it. That is why we have the most expensive spot in the park. If you need to run errands on Friday, do so early as the line for the border backs up the one lane road for quite some distance and lasts several hours on Friday. With how close the campground is to the border, just getting back to your camp spot could take quite some time if you get caught in that line coming off the highway. Only seemed to happen Friday evening, all others were fine. The campground itself was nice enough. Full hook ups, security roaming. Not much to say other than it was convenient, clean, and the staff we encountered including the young lady at the counter and security staff were all very nice. Did not use the laundry room or any other buildings so can't comment on them. All in all, if you're looking for a camp spot particularly that lets you walk to the border this is it, and it's pretty nice. Will certainly use again, I'm hoping the time of year we went avoids the dump trucks and traffic mentioned in other reviews, that would certainly spoil the experience.

There used to be a sand/gravel pit that was quite busy, however that business is now closed. Industrial traffic is significantly less. Owners are quite friendly and helpful. It's a smaller park and since it's at the end of the road, it's really quiet. Wi-fi and basic cable is provided at no extra charge! Always a plus!! They have a nice little laundry facility on site and a large covered pavilion with picnic tables and a fire pit just outside the covered area. Grounds are kept clean and maintained. Next time I get back to the area, I'll be staying here again as long as they have a space for me to park my rig!
