I am so glad I came here for my dermal piercing! The lady was very kind and patient but most importantly, professional. I went in there and I was very indecisive about the piercing jewelry I wanted to get, but she allowed me to take some time to figure it out. They are very serious about their sanitary obligations for the public, and that shows which is very important when it comes to piercing and tattoos. I will be returning to get more dermal piercings. I recommend anyone to choose this shop over the rest. Their prices are reasonable over other shops in Orange County. 10/10 read more

I first came to Tommy T's over 20 years ago for a cartilage piercing and had such a great experience that it stuck with me ever since. I came back today for a replacement earring after mine fell out, and once again, the service was just as excellent -- maybe even better. The staff is incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Even though I came in for something simple, they still took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They genuinely care about their clients and it shows. One thoughtful touch I really appreciated: they provide lockers for your purse or belongings and help you lock them up securely -- something you don't see everywhere, and a great example of how much they prioritize safety and customer comfort. The shop is super clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. It felt just as trustworthy and polished as it did decades ago. When my daughter is old enough for ear piercing, I won't hesitate to bring her here. I trust them completely. Piercer was the BEST. I got my rook pierced and was really scared coming in, but the piercer talked to me and distracted me the whole time, there so many cute jewelry selections, and service was very quick. As soon as I turned 18, I came here to get my top and bottom belly button pierced as well as my nose, and it was the best experience I had. I brought my sister here to get her ears pierced years later. (I'm talking like 10 years later) it was still as clean as I remember. Staff was beyond kind and informative. I just got my middle helix pierced today by Lucy and it was super quick and easy. I've gotten all my piercings from Lucy (I have 10) and I haven't had any issues with the healing process with any of them so far. Today I came i to have my ear piercings removed for an upcoming Drs appointment. Katelin was beyond helpful and courteous while helping me get checked in. Good service! I forgot the girls name, but she has freckles, black hair, blue eyes, and she's tall. She's super cool and gives good customer service. Thank you!! I was pierced by Julie, she wear glasses. Super professional. That second nipple hurt the most, but when she pierced one of them it didn't hurt. I screamed on the second haha. It's been about 10-11 hours and I have no pain. Sometimes they do tingle, but I feel no pain at all! Yay, haha! I was able to hit chest today at the gym. I didn't get the numbing cream. You can get it if you want! I got the after care bottle too. The wait was like an hour to an hour and a half ( I didn't pay attention to the timing ) since there was a girl who had an appointment and she was helped first and then I was next. This shop has lots of options and everyone is really nice! I came in to get my belly button pierced and the piercer ended up piercing me with jewelry that was way too short for a new piercing. The piercing was constantly burning and hurt to an extreme anytime I would sit or stand or do anything. It was absolutely awful. I have experience with piercings and I knew something was not right. I went to two other shops to get second opinions as well the surgeons I work for. All agreed it was not done anatomically correctly first off for my belly button and also that the jewelry is much too short for a new piercing. As soon as I went to another shop and to change the jewelry I felt instant relief. Only putting 2 stars because the workers were nice and the shop was clean etc but the piercer should have known better. Really disappointed! read more

I took my five-year-old daughter here to get her ears pierced. We had such a great experience. Lucy was our piercer and I couldn't have asked for a better piercer. She explained everything she was doing as she did it with my daughter. This really helped her understand what was happening and made it less scary for her. I had a piercing done somewhere else and it got a nose bump and infection. I dealt with it for 3 months until I decided to come here after having been blown off by My Tattoo off Beach Blvd close to slater. The girls who worked the front desk were reassuring and very professional in helping me to have hope for my nose piercing. I thought I was going to have to take the piercing out because it was super infected and the nose bump was just getting worse and worse. I was given a great discount on the sea salt solution I would need after they switched out my nose stud to one that would facilitate healing and get my nose piercing to how I imagined without the red bump and infection. Two months later I'm completely healed and didn't even have to use the whole bottle of sea salt solution. I use a cup of it every now and then to help maintain. read more

Took my husband and my 9yr old daughter to get their earlobes pierced. They showed us the jewelry and once we decided what we're getting they took it to a closed room to sterilize before the procedure. Gave us detailed aftercare instructions and the lady I forgot to get her name but she was so sweet making small talk to my daughter to distract her nerves. We numbed her ears for an extra $7 which was totally worth it cause it made the process so smooth and not stressful it was pretty quick. Definitely recommend to parents . I wish I would've got their names but if they see this I'm sure they'll remember the bald dad thanks again healing great read more

Went here for my double lobes around 6 years ago, and again recently for a cartilage. I did get an irritation bump, but I was expecting it since I got one with my nose piercing as well. never coming back again! came here to get my rook and tragus pierced (different ears) and 1. before paying, no one checked my anatomy to make sure these piercings worked for my ear (bad sign from the jump) and 2. i got fitted for the wrong size jewelry in my rook. as soon as i left the shop i knew it was too small to allow for swelling as it was barely long enough for my ear immediately after. when i got pierced, the piercer lucy assured me that i had the right size after i asked her if i might need a longer curved barbell. after 6 weeks of my initial piercing i called to see if i can get a new piece of jewelry, to maybe fix their mistake, and they said i would have to pay for it, even though i already payed for a piece of jewelry that clearly isn't right for me ear and a quality service i didn't receive. i now NEED to get this jewelry out but i will not be coming back here, so not only am i out 100 dollars but i will have to spend more of my own money to fix their mistake. should have read the reviews before coming but i came with someone who only had a positive experience. never again. read more

Staff seemed really upset and bothered to be there. Guy at front desk and 2 women piercers Not very friendly at all It was busy and maybe they were stressed but I waited 2 hours for a wait that was supposed to be 30-45 minutes? That's what the guy told me would be my wait when I walked in. That's ridiculous flat out lying to customers I would have been fine if it was an hr but 2 is pushing it. Three stars because we had an appointment and it took two hours. Customer service is nil. They're over booked and understaffed. They didn't paper the beds where they did the work. Which was probably not sanitary. Anyway - I hope I heal well and this is all good. But I won't be back to this assembly line chop shop. read more

Lucy + Tommy are the only one I trust for the holes in my body. Lucy did my first tongue piercing over 20 years ago for my 15th birthday and has done every single hole except one up until this date. I've referred countless friends and family for holes too and they've all had an exceptional time with no issues or problems as long as they followed aftercare procedures. After submitting the online inquiry form and messaging Sunny, I quickly received a response and an estimated cost. To my surprise, she has always wanted do beetle tattoos and was excited to work with me. Since it was my first tattoo, I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. However, Sunny's friendliness and the store's calming ambiance made me feel reassured and surprisingly comfortable. From reference pictures to stenciling, Sunny walked me through each step and ensure all the details of the darkling beetles were included. Furthermore, before the initial outlining, other artists in the store were asked to double check the stencil (flow, composition, etc). 3 hours quickly passed and I got my first 3 beetle tattoos done on my forearm. It didn't hurt too bad because I was enjoying the nerdy beetle conversation with Sunny. After the tattoos were wrapped up, Sunny gave me a run down on the after-care routine and what to expect during the healing process. In the end, I am so glad that I went to Sunny from My Tattoo for the beetle tattoos. This is why I am having Sunny finishing a full beetle sleeve on my left arm.

I gave it two stars because that interaction in itself was very yucky and condescending. Highly uncomfortable. I never went back. The owner is definitely sensitive of her business, which I understand but you can't be condescending towards your customers and expect them to retain them. I now go to the piercing shop in Orange. Great service, super helpful. & good prices. If you're looking for spending $250-$1200+ on extremely high-end yet minimal (?) body jewelry then this is the place to go. If you're not, I recommend the piercing shop in orange that will still give you good quality jewelry at a normal price, including the piercings at a normal price and they are just as knowledgeable as the piercers at C&M if not more. Don't make the same mistake I did coming here.

Even though I don't live close to this shop and there are other piercing studios nearby to me, I wanted to come to Rainbow Piercing to help me when I had an issue with my naval piercing because I knew I could trust them. Mason helped me again today when I couldn't get my navel piercing put back in. I had left my jewelry out for a week and I couldn't install it into the piercing by myself because the piercing had collapsed and trying to put the a piece in was painful, really tight, and dangerous to do by myself. They walked me through the process and were able to quickly and sanitarily install a piece into my piercing using a tapered tool. And bless both of their souls, they stayed a little bit past closing and didn't pressure me into buying something I wasn't sure would be approved. Also, Cat did an awesome job when I first got my piercings with my boyfriend, he now has a nostril ring and I have a vertical labret which we got done about 3 years ago on our first Christmas together. Both have healed wonderfully, especially given the sensitive area mine is in. And mind you, I STRUGGLED to take my jewelry off, I used gloves, bare *washed* hands, and even a paper towel to try and take off my previous bar and when it was switched, it was so effortless and painless, I almost didn't tell when the retainer went in. Additionally, she had touched up my Ace of Hearts tattoo (also done by her), and got two new tattoos! The fern leaf seen beside the Ace of Hearts and the Stegosaurus on my forearm. After our session, she had given me a goodie bag of A&D for healing my tattoos, a lollipop, and a really nice smelling freshener for my car. Along with second skin on top of the tattoos to heal. Working with Cambria these past few years have been amazing. I love the art she creates and I'm happy to adorn four pieces of them on my body like a walking canvas AND to have a custom painting of my dog (done by her) on my wall. I'm posting this review because it, unlike facebook comments, cannot be deleted by the business owner. Every store experience I have had has been pleasant. No piercings myself here but I've purchased my share of jewelry. However, customers are encouraged to add the "stores" facebook to their friends list for deals and promotions. You are actually adding the personal account of the owner, which I was not aware of until it was too late. While the facebook contains a lot of good deals, revolving around canned food drives and the like (kudos!) it also serves as an onslaught of extreme political and social views. I have no problem with people who have different views than my own, as long as they are mature and respectful to all other view points and can discuss them like an adult should be able to. This is not the case for the owner of this establishment. I finally got so fed up with these posts that I sent the owner a message, politely and briefly explaining why I would no longer be connected to the facebook account or use his business. This was my biggest mistake and I now know that I should have backed away silently and come to yelp in the first place. My intention with my message was to let a small business owner know why someone might not want to utilize and support their business. I had expected it to be done and over with once I clicked the "unfriend" button. I never intended to "threaten" his establishment, as he said in a comment, or "manipulate" him out of using his first amendment right. I never wanted other people to not go to this business because of my experience with the facebook page, but now I think others should heed my warning and stay away. The owner responded by screen shotting my message, and posting that as well as a book of a response onto his page for the public to see. This photo contained my full name and profile picture and I woke up to many harassing messages from his customers. I messaged him privately asking to take it down because of this, to which he refused multiple times. It's probably still there for the world to see. He deleted every single comment that came to my defense in any way. I have received messages from many previous customers thanking me for saying something and stating that they also chose to disassociate themselves from anything regarding tommy t's because of this. Long story short: I, A ONCE LOYAL CUSTOMER, WAS PUBLICLY SHAMED BY THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND HAVE BEEN FURTHER HARASSED BECAUSE OF HIM. I do not recommend involving yourself with this business or the facebook page, as it lacks integrity and an ability to handle any sort of criticism. read more

Hi I'm Tara and liked the different types of implant grade metals their jewerly is offered in for the first piercing. They had so much to choose from. I liked that the parlor was fully enclosed, but still had big windows to look through. The shop is extremely clean and they did a great job! I love Tommy T's!! Hi I'm Colin and I liked that Tommy T's had their piercing license posted, the piercing room was really clean, and they had a wide selection of tongue barbells for my new piercing. Went to Tommy T's one day to get my nose pierced, and I could not believe how much jewerly there was to choose from!! There was a wide selection of jewerly to choose from, and the staff took the time to make sure it was exactally what I wanted and explained the type of metal that was being used and how it was the highest quality to heal properly in my body. Then I went into the parlour I could not belive how clean it was. I have been into other piercing parlours in the past, but none was as clean as Tommy T's!!! In the future Tommy T's Body Piercing is the only place I would even think of going, I got exactally what I wanted for the right price, my piercing healed amazingly and they were the cleanest place around. I asked a friend for a referral for my very first piercing. I had deceided to get my navel pierced. He immediately recommended Tommy T's. I went down there and they definetly exceeded my expectations! They were very friendly and there was so much jewlery to choose from. The gentleman at the counter asked to see my navel and he picked out an absolutely beautiful piece. I sat and chatted with others in the comfortable couch environment and waited my turn. When I went into the room for the piercing it was very clean and painless- the piercing happened so fast that i had no Idea that it was over! It is healing wonderfully and is soooo Beautiful!!! I can't say enough about Tommy T's. All of my piercings have healed great. I've been a customer for years, since my mom took me there to get both of my tragus pierced. They have good prices for their piercings, and everytime I go into their shop the setup just keeps gettin better and better. The amount of jewelry they have is just sick! I'm definitely going back to get another piercing. I just have to figure out what it is going to be. I went in to get a rook piercing, but I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. I saw a picture they had of a barbell going straight up and down through 2 parts of the ear, and I knew that was what I wanted. I've been pierced and pierced time and time again, and every time I end up going somewhere new I end up regretting it. I wish I came here first for all my piercings. I've had 3 of my Piercing reject due to improper placement and or lack of care when being pierced and bad quality jewelry. Every time one had been rejected I came here and his highly trained staff either cleaned it up or fixed it and made me feel really comfortable about it. His staff is friendly and his shop is clean and when it comes to tattoo and piercing shops that is hard to come by. When it comes to good jewelry, good prices, great staff and a clean comfortable shop, I'd highly recommend coming to Tommy T's. Love that place. read more

I got my nose pierced for the 3rd time, but it was my first time at Tommy T's. I had gotten it pierced at Electric Chair previously, but my experience at Tommy T's was way better. It was very clean and legit compared to other places. The jewelry selection was huge and they were having a nose piercing special for $30 including aftercare, piercing, and jewelry. I found out that the stud I had before wasn't very good, and I got a much better one at Tommy's. The staff were very precise and serious about their job, cleanliness, and safety. Everything is thoroughly sterilized before use, and the piercing was done with care and precision. I needed to change out my nose peircing and was driving on Beach blvd. and Tommy's caught my eye. Considering I am from a small town in Arizona I wasn't expecting much. As I walked in to Tommy's shop I was floored.......even amazed at the huge inventory and cleanliness of his shop. I found quickly what I needed and had my peircing changed out quickly and painlessly. I watched this little shop in Anaheim open by my house. This other guy pierced with low quality jewelry and I'm telling you there is no comparison when it comes to the quality that you get at Tommy T's Body Piercing. They had the most amazing navel jewelry selection! They seriously had over 2000 styles. That is utterly insane...in a good way! I was on vacation in LA and was referred to go check out their jewelry. I saw a real diamond navel piece and wanted it so back, but I'll have to bring my boyfriend next time :) I bought a couple of dangles and invested in another one that is 18K white gold. I've been going to Tommy T's ever since my last year in middle school. I have recieved just over three different types of piercings in my seven year span going to Tommy's. The first piercing I received was a left eared industrial back when I had just turned thirteen, painful but pierced well and definitly worth it. My third time going to Tommy T's. My roomate and I love coming here becasue it so sanitary. We would describe it like a hospital because of the cleanliness. I have got my nose pierced and today I got my cartilage peirced. My roomate has had her navel, tragus, and now her cartilage pierced here. I picked the most basic piece of jewelry that they had and went to go pay. The owner then I guess recognized me or my review and asked me if I had left a three star review and I told her I did and then she said that I could have the jewelry I was trying to buy, for free. She said that because of my review, it was free. I insisted that I paid, but she wouldn't take any form of payment. I gave it two stars because that interaction in itself was very yucky and condescending. Highly uncomfortable. I never went back. The owner is definitely sensitive of her business, which I understand but you can't be condescending towards your customers and expect them to retain them. I now go to the piercing shop in Orange. Great service, super helpful. & good prices. If you're looking for spending $250-$1200+ on extremely high-end yet minimal (?) body jewelry then this is the place to go. If you're not, I recommend the piercing shop in orange that will still give you good quality jewelry at a normal price, including the piercings at a normal price and they are just as knowledgeable as the piercers at C&M if not more. Don't make the same mistake I did coming here.

I have yet to find a spot by myself so I just bit the bullet for paying for valet. We came in an hour before closing and were greeted by Samara - who did a wonderful job getting us set up for our spontaneous piercings! We were then directed to Lucas. He did my friend's tragus piercing and my dual lobe piercings. I haven't been pierced since I was a baby, but Lucas made the whole experience real easy. Overall, he's a super chill guy that makes an effort to strike up a conversation and make you feel comfortable about the whole process. Other than the fleeting hot sensation from the initial pinch, the process was pretty painless. Bonus: we got some sick stickers featuring his bull dog Everyone we met at the shop was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Their website is also a fantastic resource in case you don't ask all of your questions about healing in-person. My friend and I truly felt like we were in great hands so kudos to everyone for setting such an easygoing vibe. I've been back a few times since January for a quick monthly check and to get my piercings downsized recently. As expected, I was met with top-tier customer service, true to the shop's personal brand. I feel confident coming back for future piercings. Lastly, if you're downsizing - I highly recommend making an appointment. I was in and out (no more than 15 minutes), but I was surrounded by 4+ walk ins. It's really easy to do so over their website vs. calling.

He also gives cat stickers every time (love cat enthusiasts) and he makes you feel so safe and comfortable no matter what you're looking to get done. Couldn't recommend more! Recently got my nose ring in after he advised me to keep my stud in for a long time. He's also done my conch and inner helix. All fabulous experiences and I will keep coming back!

I shared my experience with my sister in law and we walked in last week to get my third lobe and her helix pierced.
