The glue they use is everywhere
    Annie N.

Came here today to get my sun Roof fixed it was a local shop that my insurance company uses, I was told my sunroof would be fedex to their store and after 5 days When I didn't hear from the store I called and was able to get an appointment the next day...my appointment was at 8 and I think I finished around 10? 10:30? The lady at the counter... carol scanned my registration and recommended Dunkin' Donuts near by I could sit and grab a bite at, I decided to walk to nearby dollar tree and managed to kill an hour, I took off one star because I can still hear some glass peices on the shade cover when I'm closing my sunroof it's rolling around up there and another star off cause the glue is just everywhere but I'm glad I don't have to use garbage bags to cover my roof anymore

    Damage on front bumper

Tommy's auto repair is worthy of more than five stars! As a new customer, I visited the shop three times in the past four months to service my beloved 14 year old Lexus RX 350 - my sun roof and ac compressor had leaks causing water damage inside my car, inspection, new brakes, two new tires and long overdue body repair on my front bumper and compounding exterior detail. I find their prices to be very fair. I learned more about my car from Paul and Jerry than any mechanic I have EVER been to! They took the time to show me what needed to be done and why. It was clear from the onset that they take great pride in their workmanship and that customer service is a priority. I found everyone - Carol in the office, Paul the owner and Jerry the head mechanic to be friendly, efficient and highly professional. Days after each service visit I received a text or call to make sure my car was performing well! The shop itself is large and offers a wide array of services from detailing, repair and bodywork. They include a free car wash with each service I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a holiday greeting coupon flyer from them in the mail offering significant discounts on auto services that I was able to use on my recent visit - $100 discount!!! Thank you Paul, Jerry, Carol and the entire staff at Tommy's! You have a new and loyal customer here! Best wishes and much gratitude Nancy. P.S. I just had two car savvy and car fussy male friends look at the body work repair and they are blown away by the job and said it looks like right from the factory! Awesome work!!!

Don't bother with the coupons. They get you with hidden fees.

Surly and rude. Not worth the aggravation There are so many other shops within a few block radius that have better bed side manners.

Paul, the owner is personable and fun to chat with during an otherwise unpleasant few hours spent waiting.

I think…read morethere was a change in management or ownership, because the service I had today was horrible! I pulled in and got out of the car. I asked the employee if he needed my remote and he said, "No, that's ok." A few minutes later he storms into the area where you pay and said, "You cut the engine off!" I said, "No, I didn't. It was still running." He yelled, "Yes, you did!!" I gave him the remote and said, "I asked you if you needed the key and you said, No." He was yelling something else that I could not understand. I told him I was not going to argue with him. He was so busy yelling that I did have the chance to tell him that the car turns off the engine automatically after a few minutes. I asked the woman that was taking the payments for the manager's name and told him how rude he was. She said that the man that yelled at me was the manager. I told her that I wanted the owner's information, which she claimed that she did not have. She told me I should talk to the manager (the man that just yelled at me?) to get the owner's information. Why would I talk to him? He had the remote to my car, I don't know what he might do. Anyway, I got the business address, which is why I'm posting here. I'm absolutely positive that this man would have NEVER talked to a man like that. He was so chauvinistic that he thought that it was acceptable to speak to a woman like that. He was in a rage because the engine turned off? He has some serious anger issues. I will never return to this car wash. I was trying to support a local business and that low-rate business has completely lost a customer. I will take my money elsewhere. For what I paid, the job was mediocre and I will go back to my usual place outside of my neighborhood.

Got a wash a few months ago and when I got inside of my car, I realized that the staff had only cleaned the front seat of my car and ONLY on the driver's side. There were still grease stains, crumbs etc. as if the rest of the interior hadn't been touched at all. How??? On top of half cocked cleaning, it's very pricey.
