Charge higher , when take longer charger the same as pay . when paying and have scheduled to get pick up it take them hours for someone to come and get you . poor service some times have one driver with two cabs . I do not recommend no one to catch a cab from this company. read more

It's a taxi service, so a lot more expensive than Uber or Lyft--but none of those services have drivers at 6am. They were quick and efficient. read more

This is the worst cab service ever!! If I pay ridiculously high prices for a fare I would expect quality customer service, you are better off taking the bus, it's cheap and reliable. The dispatchers are so rude and never inform you about how long you'll have to wait for the cab, I waited over 30 minutes too many times. The dispatchers also act like they don't know where a certain place, how? Not to mention they ignore your phone call if you piss them off. read more

Closes early without warning. Wait hours for a ride. Sleepyhead dispatch tends to forget u even called delaying ur wait even more. We're left stranded with food and items and it's only 7 pm bcus they can't even tell u they closed. Tommy's cab sucks. If there was ANY other cab company we'd nvr take them agn. read more

Never used Tommy's Cab before, but this is why I give it 1 star, I wish I could give 0. My sister gets a call from Tommy's Cab while we were watching a movie. She says "your cab is outside" she tells her she has the wrong number and in the middle of her saying that, the lady interrupts her and says "no I don't have the wrong number, next time don't call a cab if you're gonna cancel it, bye." Such a nasty attitude, no wonder why she ended up driving cabs for a living. Very unprofessional. read more

Can I give 0 stars. Only as a last resort after seriously considering walking. Cabs stink and so do the drivers. Always late and act like they dont want to be there. Dont make the mistake of calling to see if they are still coming because you will get yelled at. read more

Very affordable. Had a roundtrip of about 25 minutes and our driver Zach was great! Loved his personality and customer service! My 11 month old was having tummy issues crying on and off, he put on a lullaby the rest of the ride to soothe him. It was much appreciated!! read more

Ok..... if you are staying in the local area of Houma, Do not ask for this cab unless you smoke!!! If you do not smoke make sure to ask for a non smoker driver!!!! We had a mile and a half ride and couldn't open the windows for air and the cab smelt sooooo bad of cigarette smoke! Driver was nice but smoke experience was AWFUL!!!' This cab company had a driver charge me 17 dollars to go 3.5 miles! I got ripped off. The dispatcher is very, very rude and yelled at me on the phone when a friend of mine was here waiting on the cab. All of the cabs smell like smoke and they even drive with windows down so the driver can smoke. I was also told once that the air conditioner did not work. I will not use this cab company again. I will not recommend this cab company to anyone. There is another cab company here and it is 100% better. read more

Took 49 minutes to arrive. Very high price. Not very personable. Take it if it is a dire emergency, otherwise, take a bus, or walk

Asked the hotel to arrange a cab an hour before I needed to be picked up. I thought that would be plenty of time, but the Taxi showed up nearly a half an hour late. The driver told me that I should have called the night before if I was on a schedule, which I was. In addition to showing up late, the cab also showed up with two other people in it that needed to be dropped off first. My bag was damaged as it was being loaded into the back. The guy had a stack of lotto scratch off tickets that he attacked every time we stopped at a red light. The taxi smelled of stale cigarette smoke, despite several windows being rolled down, and the driver asked me if he could smoke when we were about 5 minutes out from our destination. It was also around that time that I learned that this was a cash only service. Luckily I had just enough cash to cover the fare. I would not take this taxi service again, and I regret taking it this time. read more

MOST HORRIBLE CAB COMPANY EVER !!!!!!! This company is literally a joke it's so sad because it is the only company running in town so they aim to con you out of unnecessary money I've called them on several occasions but only when I'd have no choice and I've never had an good experience with them the drivers smoke cigarettes and most seem to be under the influence of drugs they drive like bats out of hell and the vehicles look like they have come from the junk yard one day I had to roll down the window and open the door from outside the vehicle to get out !!!! Another cab the air was out and the driver was smoking a cigarette (is this even legal ) Now let's get to the customer service the operators are flat out rudeeeeeee they set different prices every day according to how much they think they can scam you out of ! now after I've said all that let's jump to the prices I've paid as much as 23 bucks for a ride 6 miles down the road simply because I've had to stop at an bank or atm somedays 12 , somedays 15 I was told that once the cab stops and you get back in another fare will start EXAMPLE , I was told my ride would be 9 bucks I informed the driver I would need to stop at an atm because they only take cash he said fine it will be 9 bucks plus a waiting fee I said cool once I get to my job he says 23 dollars At this point I'm confused so I asked him to break it down I was then told I was paying for two cab fares because once the vehicles stops another one starts and I only live 10 minutes away from my job , this place needs to be shut down !!!! For a working man's cab company, they are quick and effective! A common complaint on here is from leisure people who need a ride. There are other cav services that are nicer but on that same line, more expensive. read more

Got a ride to a place for 15$ got a ride back and got charged 23$, they need uber Lyft here fast!! Never mind now its 29$!!!!

in no way am i a prude. im not that concerned about the appearance of a cab . however, i am concerned about a fifty dollar cab ride in a vehicle that i am wondering if its going to make it to my destination or not. it cost me fifty dollars to go across town and back in a vehicle that wasnt even WORTH fifty dollars. none of the doors worked. there was no headliner. the driver had no power steering. smoked profusely. the van, AND the driver. strange vibration on the right side. this cab company should be shut down. you cant continue asking people for money to ride in vehicles in this sort of condition.someone needs to call somebody. read more
