We confirmed our pick up and when we arrived I received a call from Warren, our driver. He picked us up in a large van (probably not a van, but I don't know the name of it) and we had the entire transport to ourselves. Warren was kind, professional and engaged in friendly conversation. We were charged $45 for the arrival and I had not paid yet. Warren dropped us off and Ms. Christi contacted me later for my credit card information. It was so easy and stress free. For our departure we scheduled a 5am pick up on Monday morning for $35. I prepaid when I paid for our first ride. However, at 5:10 our ride still wasn't there. Based on our first trip I figured something must be wrong. It turns out our driver had a flat tire and was stuck on the side of the road. I arranged for alternate transport after leaving a message on Yelp as well as a voicemail. Ms. Christi refunded my money for that portion of the trip before we even arrived to the airport! We ended up not needing the bus service later in the evening and they would not refund us, which it's completely understandable. However, with the amount we paid for that time block, we expected to be the only group he had for that day he seemed to have booked another ride and was not able to come pick us up for almost two hours when we asked him to come get us at 330PM!!!!! If i'm renting a bus service for 14 hours and then only have to use 8 of those hours, do you think a business would be happy to provide the correct service in the smaller window. Instead, he made a group of 30 people wait in a parking lot for over an hour and a half, nearly two hours for him. Because of this, we had to miss a dinner reservation. With a party of this size, it was a very large deposit that we could not get back. If there was a 0 star option, I would leave that here.

Their pricing is definitely among the most reasonable and the fact that everything is included takes the pressure off of dealing with driver gratuity, etc. We rented three cars that day and had varying experiences with the drivers. The driver Glen who traveled our wedding party earlier in the day was probably the least competent. He took roundabout ways of getting to locations, chose terrible routes (driving on bourbon street), and went the wrong way a few times, blaming the fact he was behind schedule on my planning. He was perfectly nice but all of my party arrived late and irritated. Shuttle bus - We didn't have any direct interaction with the driver, but from what we hear everything ran on schedule. After-party driver - Frank was incredibly polite and the perfect driver. He knew when to chat and when to let us enjoy the moment (a rare skill these days). He was competent behind the wheel, accommodating when our plans ran a few minutes long, and a perfect gentleman. Overall, I would recommend the company. You may get a wild card driver, but dealing with their office was stress free and great.
