They're also one of the few cafes ive seen which offer hojicha- a tea which tastes more nutty and caramel-y. Forest cafe has definitely grown in popularity over the years, so the last few times ive been here it was packed to the brim. Still, the service hasn't suffered at all and they get through customers at a fast pace. Also, not sure if they use two different roasts for the drinks, but the strawberry tastes much more burnt than the other. The pistachio waffle was probably the best part, but even then, you cannot really mess up on a waffle that is smeared with pistachio butter. Not sure if it is house made though.
