the hank is the most amazing platter you can get. i recommend get it with no cheese and add crumbled turkey bacon for a mouthwatering explosion in your mouth. I went in on Sunday morning (10/26/25), excited to treat myself to my usual Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. Normally, I get it on a roll, but since I've always enjoyed it so much, I decided to go for the hero this time. BIG MISTAKE!! I don't know who was working the kitchen that day, but the sandwich was a total mess. The bread came out completely torn apart and soggy, the presentation was sloppy, and there was barely any avocado -- something I've never seen from this place before. It honestly felt like a rushed, careless job, which is disappointing considering how consistently great they usually are. I really hope this was just an off day, because I'd hate to think the quality is slipping. I'll give them another chance because of all the great meals I've had here, but if this happens again, it might be time to find a new go-to spot, or maybe the Deli across the street from you...where people have been talking wonders about. After having this in my list for like EVER! I was in the area & decided to stop by, regardless of the low reviews I saw on here. When arriving the ambiance felt ok, the staff could've been a bit more welcoming but I had no issues on my visit. I decided to go with something simple on the menu like the Honey Bee on a hero just as is. It had chicken cutlet, bacon, pepper jack cheese, & honey mustard. I thought this option was straight, nothing crazy. The chicken cutlets tasted really good & I love honey mustard, definitely felt like there was no bacon. If you didn't know, they have another counter inside that serves bubble teas, & other drink options. I went with a flavor I haven't tried before; a blueberry milk tea with blueberry popping boba & it was really good! If I'm ever in the area again I would stop by to give them another shot. They're "famous" now so if you're white you will be taken care of first, your sandwiches will be prioritized and they'll allow you to use the restroom. I wanted to try Cristina's Deli after I saw a youtube video of a couple raving about the Heart Attack sandwich. The hero was quite filling as it was large enough to feed me and my boyfriend. It contained Chicken cutlet, melted mozzarella cheese, spicy French fries, onion ring, bacon, and Cristina special sauce. I cannot believed I missed reviewing here! I have been coming to this place since I was a kid. In fact, I remember this place as Whitestone Deli as a kid/teenager. I don't remember how or why I started dining at Cristina's as opposed to Cherry Vali but they are very similar. I used to frequent a bar across the street that sadly is no longer there. We would walk across the street to grab something to eat if we were drunk, hungry, or wanted to grab something on our way home. I prefer here over Cherry Valley for many reasons. They are both 24/7 which is super amazing. Cristina's is as clean as a deli/bodega can be. The menu is super extensive and you can change menu items if you want but you probably will not because everything is creative and tasty! When you order over the phone, the food is always ready when you pick it up. When you order in store, you wait maybe 10 minutes at most. The staff there are decent and do their job. I especially love their breakfast sandwiches. Everything is hot and tastes fresh. They have a decent seating area if you want to eat inside. The drink refrigerators are extensive so they probably have what you want. Needless to say, I try to eat here every time I visit home! read more

But everytime I order food they block me cause I accidentally chargebacked one of the orders a few weeks ago. Today the bell rang and I opened the door.
