Not like you Christina's, very disappointed
    MO P.

I usually love this place -- easily a 10 out of 10 in my book -- but my last visit was an absolute letdown. I went in on Sunday morning (10/26/25), excited to treat myself to my usual Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. Normally, I get it on a roll, but since I've always enjoyed it so much, I decided to go for the hero this time. BIG MISTAKE!! I don't know who was working the kitchen that day, but the sandwich was a total mess. The bread came out completely torn apart and soggy, the presentation was sloppy, and there was barely any avocado -- something I've never seen from this place before. It honestly felt like a rushed, careless job, which is disappointing considering how consistently great they usually are. I really hope this was just an off day, because I'd hate to think the quality is slipping. I'll give them another chance because of all the great meals I've had here, but if this happens again, it might be time to find a new go-to spot, or maybe the Deli across the street from you...where people have been talking wonders about. Bad, bad Christina's :(

Blueberry milk tea with blueberry popping boba.

After having this in my list for like EVER! I was in the area & decided to stop by, regardless of the low reviews I saw on here. When arriving the ambiance felt ok, the staff could've been a bit more welcoming but I had no issues on my visit. I decided to go with something simple on the menu like the Honey Bee on a hero just as is. It had chicken cutlet, bacon, pepper jack cheese, & honey mustard. I thought this option was straight, nothing crazy. The chicken cutlets tasted really good & I love honey mustard, definitely felt like there was no bacon. If you didn't know, they have another counter inside that serves bubble teas, & other drink options. I went with a flavor I haven't tried before; a blueberry milk tea with blueberry popping boba & it was really good! If I'm ever in the area again I would stop by to give them another shot. I wish I could give this establishment an overall 3.5 rating on here but I can't.

    67. Heart Attack - Roll

Food: The Hank (Platter) - Very Filling. Wishing for more gravy throughout the meal. I also wished the items were more intertwined instead of just sitting on top of each other. Heart Attack on a Roll - Fantastic Sauce. There is a reason why this item is one of the most popular items on the menu. The grease will give you heartburn later in the day but it was good while having it. On to my next food adventure...

The Heart Attack never fails. While the chicken can occasionally be a bit dry, it's usually solid and flavorful. HIGHLY recommend getting it on a hero (forgot to ask today) to help hold all the sauce and ingredients together and adding avocado. It adds moisture and makes the sandwich creamier, especially if the chicken isn't super juicy that day. Also call ahead for pick up as wait times can get pretty high late at night!

This deli has the absolute best sandwiches!! I've had it twice now and both times were 10/10. Their special sauce is delicious, and it's a a lot of food for a great price. Can't wait to go back!

Heart Attack on a Hero (~$15) - subbed avocado instead of bacon
    Aya E.

Ordered: Heart Attack on a Hero (~$15): chicken cutlet, melted mozzarella cheese, spicy French fries, onion ring, avocado (instead of bacon), and Cristina's special sauce. Aya's take: Wow, I have been missing out! I've always heard of the infamous Cristina's but never had the chance to give it a try until now! This hero is exactly what you'd want on a cheat day that will 100% give you the itis after. We called in our order about 10-15 minutes before arriving and it was ready when we got there. The chicken cutlet was seasoned and fried well, the fries were crispy, it was loaded with mozzarella and delicious Russian dressing. The avocado really gave it some freshness and cut through a lot of the greasiness of this insanely satisfying sandwich. I finally understand the hype of this place; do yourself a favor and go!

    I'm allergic to BACON ASSHOLES

Worst customer service ever. I told them no bacon my wife is allergic yet do you know the ambulance had rush her to the ER because they don't care about people's lives they only want to collect money. Worst food ever no top of that they be scamming people for there money. Always ask for a receipt they hesitated when I ask for an item receipt because they knew they overcharged me.

BUYER BEWARE: RACIST PRACTICES! It's so upsetting to be writing this review but after many years of coming to this place they've changed so much. They're "famous" now so if you're white you will be taken care of first, your sandwiches will be prioritized and they'll allow you to use the restroom. If you aren't white, be prepared to wait mad long for your sandwich to be made and for the Asian guy at the register to be rude to you and talk down on you. You're also not allowed to use the restroom if you aren't white. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you're a person of color.

First time my friend and I decided to get a wrap from here. I made an order for pickup for two chicken caesar wraps (ONLY ONE LIGHT DRESSING) & small waffle fries. Unfortunately both wraps ended up having barely any dressing & all you could taste was the chicken and tomato. I also wish they would have had a restroom for customers! Good thing was they had blow pops lollipop so it made up for that downside lol

I wanted to try Cristina's Deli after I saw a youtube video of a couple raving about the Heart Attack sandwich. The hero was quite filling as it was large enough to feed me and my boyfriend. It contained Chicken cutlet, melted mozzarella cheese, spicy French fries, onion ring, bacon, and Cristina special sauce. The secret sauce was a little bit overpowering, though the chicken looked well-seasoned it was a little dry, I saw the fries and onion rings but couldn't taste it over everything else. Prices are fair and the order did not take long, but it's not something I would crave again.

Heard a lot of great things about this place and finally decided to check it out. I ordered the famous heart attack on a hero which was pretty good and enough to fill me and my friend. The chicken cutlet in the sandwich was a little tough but not dry and went down easy. The Hank which was just chicken and spicy fries with cheese and gravy tasted decent too. I only wish they had added more gravy to the fries. Prices are fair and I would definitely come back. Recommend grabbing a sandwich and taking a walk down to Francis Lewis park to eat and enjoy the view.

The sandwiches from here are always amazing; best to eat at the spot than to order because the sandwiches are wayyy better fresh.

A court injunction barred the US operators from using the brand's trademarks, forcing a viral rebrand to "? Tea" in New York. Headquarters' Allegations: According to court documents, the corporate office revoked the operators' trademark rights after claiming: - Unauthorized Expansions: The US operator opened a Los Angeles location without prior corporate approval. - Unapproved Ingredients: The franchise was sourcing ingredients independently, violating strict corporate quality and recipe standards. - Hiding Profits: Headquarters accused the operators of voiding their contract by allegedly hiding store revenues and bypassing royalty payments. The Franchisee's Perspective: The US operators disputed the claims. Before the courts stepped in, franchisees alleged that corporate HQ had attempted to aggressively renegotiate the ownership equity, attempting to slash the operator's share from 80% to 30% after the US locations proved highly lucrative. Current Status & Rebranding: Due to the legal injunction, the affected stores were forced to scrub the name "Molly Tea" from their storefronts, uniforms, and delivery apps. The operator complied by covering up the logos and using hand-drawn question marks on cups, quickly earning the nickname "? Tea" among fans.

The Lychee Lemon Tea w/ Crystal Pearl (lychee Jelly) has good lychee flavor. I wasn't sure what crystal pearl was when I saw it on the menu, but the printed sticker and what I got is lychee jelly. It is a bit on the sweet side for me, but that's just my preference. I didn't ask to see if they could adjust the sugar, but I'll check next time! Nice to see a new bubble tea spot in the area. There aren't options here for that. There was one that closed down a few years ago, but that was it. Hope this one stays around!

The young person running it was very friendly. I appreciate the entrepreneurship and of course the local feel to this place. What brought me in was an IG story about the classic Ice Rice - I love this style of refreshing dessert. An assortment of jelly, boba, fruit and peanuts in a slightly sweetened "soup". I enjoy it very much. I found the ingredients very fresh and enjoyed the crushed ice mound making all things chill. I spoke with the young person and asked them if they every considered brown sugar syrup in this. They explained this is the more refreshing style and that their milk tea version might be what I am after. When I inquired I was thinking of one of my favorite Szechuan ice jelly (Bing Fen) they serve at the Queens Night Market - it has no sticky rice, similar ingredients, but they use a brown sugar syrup instead (no milk tea). Besides all that Great East Boba's version is Fuzhou inspired, not Szechuan. No matter, I am game to try and will next time I am in the area.
